My sister in the UK loved it. Was ordered from NY State. As I mentioned to the representative I spoke to, the quality of the flowers was excellent, but the web site is unclear on IMPORTANT aspects of payment, For example, you cannot enter any country code outside of the UK, even thought the menus have obvious drop downs for that. I am a computer engineers, and was confused. NOWHERE does it say that you have to "pretend" you are ordering from a UK post-code.I imagine they will continue to lose business from qualified customers who can much more easily work with competing suppliers that support US and other country ordering correctly. --Dan S.

Bought as a present for the women who has everything else, likes flowers and plants, but is too old to get out in the garden any more. Ideal to look at as the blooms last ages. If you want to keep it after its flowered (and maybe get it to grow and flower again); get some orchid food liquid spray and only water sparingly with rain water. These plants don't like the chemicals in standard tap water.

Orchid still has blooms over 2 months since Mothers Day. there are not as many blooms as the photo suggest!

The stems are not straight (the slope is awkward and the stems cannot be rearranged) plus few roots and the pot were broken. I don't think it will survive long. I am a bit disappointed.

I was absolutely delighted with the quality and condition of this plant, as I have been on two earlier occasions. As an ex packaging development manager, I was equally impressed with the design of the packaging materials as the plant was so well protected. Full marks to all concerned.Stanley Francis
