The cup is fine but the lid mechanism broke on the second use so now it leaks as there is no shutter

Received today. Great mug. Doesn’t stay as hot as a yeti, but it does stay hotter than just plain ceramic. I don’t like drinking hot liquids from steel so perfect for me. Also based on previous reviews, I ordered a yeti lid to go with this. However, the lid that the mug arrived with is able to close and fits a metal straw. I still prefer the yeti lid as the opening is a little bit larger. Just my preference and not necessary to purchase.

This mug is not able to hold hot coffee. Vacuum lid is a failure. Really bad product, total waste of money. My coffee has spilled in my bag many times. Please don't waste money on this product.

The product was good quality and exactly as I expected or hoped. It came with no scratches or chips, and a nice clean look. It was also very easy to hold. It is the same size as my yeti tumbler, but is lighter and maybe a touch easier to hold. Also, I had a cold drink with ice in it and the ice was not melting, so good insulation. Also, the lid fit nice and securely. Here is my thought on a comparison to a competing yeti tumbler: Positives of the Clean Hydration tumbler in comparison are that it is lighter, a touch easier to hold and also has a ceramic interior coating that is so smooth it stays super clean with liquids "beading up" instead of sticking to the sides due to the ultra smooth surface. Also, I like that it is ceramic that I am drinking from. In contrast the Yeti has a nicer lid with a slide to seal it up entirely, whereas the Clean Hydration one has an open mouth area that can't be sealed. Also, due to the yeti being heavier, it is going to be better at insulation, as it is reputed to be. For this price, I am very happy with my purchase. If the yeti and this tumbler were the same price, I would definitely go with the yeti, if you don't mind an uncoated metal interior. Also, it is important to add that drinking from this tumbler and the Yeti are really the same if you drink with the plastic lid on, and neither had a strange taste from the interior.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this mug but it exceeded my expectations. I use it as a travel mug to bring coffee to work and it stays piping hot for hours. The best part about the mug is the ceramic material which allows the natural taste of the coffee you are drinking to shine. I would recommend this mug to anyone that is looking to keep beverages hot without the metallic taste of many other products.

Ich habe den Becher vor allem für kalte Getränke jetzt im Sommer gekauft. Er verhindert prima, dass meine Getränke warm werden, auch wenn kein Eis drin ist. Und die Getränke schmecken auch nicht nach Metall. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefällt, ist der Deckel. Es gibt keinen Verschluss und auch ein Glas- oder Metallstrohhalm passt nicht, da die Öffnung zu schmal ist. Wie in einer englischsprachigen Rezension erwähnt, passen hier die YETI Deckel für den 20oz Becher. Ich mag besonders den mit Strohhalm (YETI Rambler Tumbler Straw Lid 20oz). Oh, und ein wenig mehr Farbauswahl wäre auch super, wenigstens weiß und schwarz.
