Activated Charcoal - Food Grade - for Teeth Whitening & Detox (300g)

This activated charcoal is finely ground, easy to use, and very effective. I’ve used it for teeth whitening and detox drinks, and noticed results quickly. Great product and great price. I use this to help with IBS and an intolerance to onions. I have 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water if I feel any discomfort or have eaten things I know will cause issues.

Quite messy but it’s charcoal. I managed to make it less messy and I’m happy with it. Good quality product. Very powdery, not harsh on skin on gums. I used it for making toothpastes and my gums don’t bleed. Would recommend it! Thank you

Activated charcoal has numerous health benefits. From teeth whitening, detoxing, to helping overcome overdoses. Good to have a bag laying about, just in case. Drink plenty of water when using, and use on an empty stomach. I don't take internally regularly as I find it very internally drying, basically it's a strong diuretic. Also leads to short term constipation. I've experimented using 2g to 15g internally. The more you use the more water you need to drink. I'll use it once in a while for internal cleansing. For the most part I use for teeth whitening.

While the charcoal is excellent (very fine powder), the resealable bag containing it is not so much as it is not resealable. The powder is so fine that it separates the sealing part from the inner side of the bag. For such a fine charcoal powder a good quality resealable bag is a must thus I can't give it 5 stars.

Good charcoal, wouldn’t be without it.

It's not what I expected but does the job. As for teeth whitening, it makes your gums black before making your teeth white. Beware.
