Smaller book than anticipated
Bought for my granddaughter who is studying to be a physio. I look for reference books occasionally to help her out. This is to aid with exams as she works hard on limited funds. Illustrations look clear although I thought the book would be a larger size and not quite so pliable. You can never tell from photographs that have nothing in to gauge scale.

The best book for learning anatomy
Was recommended this book by my tutor my my Sports Massage course and I cannot get over how amazing this book has been! Diagrams are very clear and easy to read and understand. Is small enough to take anywhere with no issues. Does the job perfectly and is very informative. Really recommend this book for anyone trying to learn anatomy and all the msucke groups, bones and movements. Absolutely perfect!

Brilliant little book - Comprehensive, informative with clear diagrams
Extremely clear ‘easy-to-understand’ diagrams - compact yet very comprehensive coverage of all muscles/tendons/bones in the human body and all in a very slim book - ideal for popping in pocket.

Love the layout of this invaluable and succinct anatomy book
A very well thought out reference book in a most convenient size. Brilliant learning tool. Each of the layers of the various anatomical parts are clealy illustrated in an unfussy way, making it easier for the brain to absorb. A pleasure to use even for tired eyes!

Excellent outlay
I'm so impressed with this book! It is small and conscise, yet packed with a lot of information about mucles, joints and movement. The numbering system in the index, on charts and in tables works brilliantly well. I really think this book is a masterpiece and well put together.

Although this book may lack the detail a serious student of kinesiology might want or need, I believe that level of detail would be difficult to fit into a "pocket" book format by any author. Instead, those students might be best served by a set of Netter's Anatomy flashcards - just pulling the muscle cards from the set would create something similar to a pocket guide with considerable detail. What this pocket guide IS fantastic for is when you want to show a client which muscle(s) you are targetting. Sure, some clients will be interested and/or knowledgeable enough to want to see more advanced materials, but I have found that for most clients the clarity and simplicity of the muscle pictures and info in this pocket manual are exactly the right amount of info to try to convey. If you are not just a student but are actually a practitioner working with clients, this pocket atlas can serve as an inexpensive yet effective and handy addition to your client education materials.

Too good for beginners and even for rushing up during exams. Handy at times when there is urgency to refer subject but there is no time.

Mi piace molto perché è bello, con dei disegni bellissimi delle ossa, muscoli superficiali e quelli profondi con tutte le spiegazioni di movimenti ecc.

A very unremarkable book. Compared to other books by the same author this is quite poor and the illustrations are lacking in detail. Useful as a quick reference guide, but there are better options.
