The removal of and to reinsert the pins fully isn't easy. This is due to the provided tool not being the correct size to line up the holes. Best to test the size of it after you take 1 or 2 out. Easy to do by NOT fully inserting the pin. Once you get the fit you want then fully insert pin. I have a 6" wrist and had to remove 4 sections in all, 2 from each side to keep it balanced. Watch looks very nice like the pic. I recommend this watch.

This is a cheap watch. It looks ok, and it meets all my needs visually, I like the band color, face color, numbers, and size. However, the date and day feature are never right and the band feels cheap. I won’t return it, but I also won’t buy from this company again.
