Loved this step/seat. My little boy used this more than the potty, it was great for getting him used to using the toilet. It was easy to assemble and sturdy enough for him to use by himself. We used this for a good few months before we switched over to just a step.

My toddler was totally against using the toilet until we got this. She pretty much potty trained immediately!! Love it. Very sturdy, easy to clean. Only downsides are that it came flat packed and needed a bit of assembly, although it was pretty straightforward, and that you have to store it. Overall it’s been great

So glad we got this. Toddler loves. Easy to assemble and fun to use.

This is the second seat I've bought as it works brilliantly once assembled, the first we've had for 6 years and I've now bought a second one for our second child. It is excellent at helping little ones to get to the toilet confidently and independently. However, it is really hard to assemble. It is difficult to get the plastic screws into the holes provided and the screwdriver (plastic) provided is an absolute pain (literally) to use, it took me an hour to assemble as the screws have to be rammed into the plastic and the screwdriver is very difficult to turn unless the screws and bolts are perfectly aligned. The screws have to periodically be tightened with said screwdriver so do not lose it or you won't have any way to tighten the screws (rendering the seat unusable).

Now I understand why some potty of the same design are almost twice the price. Bought 2 (one for our house and one to keep at nan’s) as loved the concept but after having assembled one and used, we returned the second onw.We were using my summer infant potty which my toddler loves because it looks so realistic but off late has been asking us to put him on our toilet but would get scared when we did. So I looked on amazon and found this.Not easy to assemble, ‘instructions’ don’t even ask you to use the pink ‘screwdriver’ but we realised that it had a role to play when screwing with hand didn’t work. Even with the help of screwdriver it was a hard job to fit it together. When finally assembled asked out toddler to try and he loved it. But I wouldn’t leave him to go on the seat on his own as it wobbles. Plastic has sharp edges and am not ensure if this is 100% compliant of all the safety laws that companies have to adhere to when making things for children.I wouldn’t recommend buying this toilet. I’d save my money and buy expensive ones of the same kind as I like that the child can seat on adult toilet, can be folded and kept away when not in use and can be taken on holidays easily.
