But seriously if your looking for a gratitude journal or a journal in general these are the ones 100%! I'm going to be so careful with my handwriting when I write because I will not be ripping a page out. These are NOT NOTE BOOKS ! You cannot possibly be careless in this beauty. The journal has a solid, mysterious look about it so be prepared to hoard for ages before you use; I bought it for a specific purpose but would have hesitated to use it for anything less important.
