An excellent product I use daily for ageing knee problems, care should be taken though as they will leave a red mark on bare skin when used daily. To combat this problem I use WILLBOND elastic armbands(available on Amazon) on my knee firstly and apply the plaster(good adhesion)on top of that, I find the medication on the plaster(very low odour) will penetrate the muslin thin armband easily onto the painful area, I then put another armband on to cover the plaster and to keep it in place, one plaster lasts a full day but I remove it at night, I've been using both products for some months now and it gives me amazing relief, I would advise anyone with a knee problem to use this method, I'm sure the same procedure would work on elbows too but I'm not in a position to comment on that but well worth a try.

I use them for helping with pain round my ankle as I have phlebitis in my lower left leg.. easy to place and stick in place.

I have severe arthritis in my right knee and moderate arthritis in my left knee. In constant pain and the likes of naproxen and Codeine dont touch it. My wife bought these for me as an experiment. Being very sceptical of Alternate medication I did eventually agree to try them and bizarrely they seem to actually work?????? The effect is not too nice to start with you have a strong smell of herbal? medications and when you place them on the area of pain a strong sense of heat. I initially thought the heat was just masking my pain but after a few days the pain has genuinely got less and less !!!!!! I hope this continues - so 5* from me.

I can't say whether these work or not - I was really hoping they would for my shoulder, knee and recently healed broken ankle that tends to throb at the end of the day. Unfortunately, I applied one to my ankle and another to my shoulder and within 30 minutes I was scratching my skin off. There is something in this product that I appear to be intolerant to - if I didn't know better I would have thought I'd taken a codeine as it was the same reaction as I get to codeine. All is not lost however, I am going to pass them on to my son for his dodgy knees and hopefully he doesn't have the same reaction.

These patches are dreadful they cause really bad skin irritation red rash I scratched it so much it bled even after I stopped using the irritation continued, they are really bad cause more problems rather than solving pain. They should be taken off the market

Always arrive quickly. Although these pads do not eliminate pain in my knee they do help reduce the pain and when wearing them my knee feels more supported

Not sure if these work as also on painkillers but still feel pain in my knee with arthritis, but adhesion is super but as I found out not recommended for hairy knees hehe as more pain taking them off so suggest you shave the area you apply them on

Ho provato questi cerotti riscaldanti UNIM (24 pezzi suddivisi in 3 buste) e devo dire che si sono rivelati utili per alleviare tensioni muscolari e dolori articolari. La loro formula combina estratti di erbe e principi riscaldanti naturali, che aiutano a stimolare la circolazione nella zona trattata. Li ho trovati particolarmente efficaci dopo giornate intense o sforzi fisici: applicandoli sulla schiena ho percepito un calore graduale e piacevole, accompagnato da una sensazione di sollievo localizzato. Il formato in cerotti è molto pratico e discreto, si possono indossare anche sotto i vestiti senza fastidio. Basta applicarli e lasciarli agire. Il calore sprigionato è moderato, quindi non paragonabile a una termocoperta o a trattamenti professionali, ma sufficiente per dare sollievo in caso di fastidi leggeri. Come per tutti i cerotti riscaldanti, l’efficacia può variare da persona a persona; in caso di dolori persistenti è sempre consigliabile consultare un medico. Va inoltre ricordato di applicarli su pelle pulita e asciutta, evitando zone irritate. In conclusione, un rimedio pratico e immediato per dolori muscolari o articolari lievi (come schiena, spalle o ginocchia). Un prodotto utile da tenere sempre in casa: non sostituisce un trattamento medico, ma per alleviare fastidi occasionali è davvero promosso.

chaleur douce et agréable qui dure. Parfum très agréable. Calme bien MES douleurs. pochette fine donc facile a mettre dans un sac à main. très bon rapport qualité prix. En faisant d'autres recherches je m'apperçoit que ce produit existe en patch pour genoux (forme spécifique) et patch rectangulaires (10 x 7 cm). Je corrige: pour décoler facilement les deux parties, il suffit de mettre la partie verte vers soi puis de glisqser le bout du doigt sur le bord. La partie verte se decolle . Avoir deux produits différents sur la m^me proposition préte à confusion. des prix et provoque des erreurs de commande. Le produit pour le genoux a une forme spécifique il me convient bien. Celui qui est rectangulaire me convient aussi, pour coude, poignet, épaule, effectivement la dimension de 10 x 7 et trop petite pour le dos, mais il suffit d'en mettre deux côte a côte. remarques: ce produit chauffe mais ne se contente pas de chauffer comme d'autres patch, il contient d'autres produits qui visent a calmer la douleur. Bien sur il faut que la peau soit sèche pour que ca colle. Il faut bien appuyer sur le tour à la mise en place. Bien sur si ''ca gratte'' il vaut mieux l'enlever de suite car ce peux etre une réaction allergique; Nous ne réagissons pas tous pareils pour certains ca chauffe beaucoup pour d'autres peu ou pas etc . Donc pour moi j'utilise les deux depuis longtemps et j'en suis satisfait. J'en ai toujours dans mon sac, dans la pochette refermable, tient peu de place. Remarque: les prix par unité ( par patch) sont eronnés ( à la date d'aujourd'hui: 7.99/18=0.44 et par 24 c'est pareil et non pas 0.12)
