Nitecore HC33 1800 Lumen High Performance Versatile L-Shaped Headlamp with Lumen Tactical Battery Organizer

Don't even think about buying one of those cheap plastic multi LED garbage headlights again. I bought many of those over the years and even though they put out decent output they fall apart way too quick. This is a beautifully built unit made out of aluminum it's waterproof and the brightest headlamp I have ever used personally. I rarely use the highest setting because it's so bright indoors the glare makes it hard to see. I have have been using this almost everyday for 6 months dropped it multiple times and not one problem. I previously would purchase cheap headlamps three at a time because it wouldn't last me for more than a month. I expect this to last me many years. I would recommend purchasing a good high milliamp hour low current 18650 and you will easily get 8 to 9 hours out of one battery on the medium setting.

Love these Nitecore headlamps. I have the HC30 and the HC33 and both are amazing. Whenever I show somebody how bright and compact they are, they also have to buy one. I have long been a petzl guy, and have used other brands, but these Nitecore headlamps are SO much better than other makers. So small, versatile, well designed and BRIGHT! Super bright!! Buy one, you'll buy another and then write a review like this because they are so awesome. (My last order, they sent me a free battery with the shipment too. Thanks NItecor!).

I use this light while riding unicycle at night, so it has to be bright enough to see the terrain before I get to it, with enough time to react. Charging is fast and easy, super water proof, I have been in torrential down pours and it works like a champ. The device does get hot especially in turbo mode but it’s never affected the operation.

This head lamp meets and exceeds my expectations. Nitecore does it again! Ultra bright led, tough and rugged- this light ought to perform as well as my last one (hc-50). I've used these lights daily for years without a hitch. The best Thing about this model is that it can use almost any 18650 with at least an 8 amp output unlike the hc50 which has to have button top battery. Love it and would buy it again in a heartbeat!

The color is very cool. It's not as pleasing to look at as warmer lights. More importantly, this can make it difficult to see things sometimes, especially when working on things made of metal that are reflective. But the battery life is good, and it's a good value light. Headband is reasonably comfortable.

Great light, lost my old one and couldn't live without it so I ordered a new one. I like the upgrades on the new model. I never used a flashlight in the daytime until I got one of these lights. If you need to find a tool in the toolbox or drawer or a book on the shelf ( even in the daytime) it's amazing how much easier it is with this light. I've shown many people that wear glasses they rarely need to wear them with more light. Keep up the good work Nitecore!

This light is bright. I'd probably use this one more for the magnet on the end. The headband light mount creates two indents in your head after long use. The band also curls up in an odd way. Must use a battery rated for 10A. I bought two lights, and mixed them up. The protection circuits in these nitecore batterys work well. Go with the HC65. I like that light much better. The band is comfortable, Many different features.

Bright enough with a good throw for almost any use. Intuitive functions for only one button. The L-shape design is great to multi function and the magnetic base is a great bonus. Only con in my mind is no wrist strap.
