Can you use in coffee machine

You can use it in a machine too, but the coffee will be filtered out then. In original turkish coffee, powder should stay in the made coffee. You can buy also a machine for turkish coffee, for example Arzum Okka.

Yes this coffee contains caffeine, if you look for the silver bags with 'KAFEINSIZ' on them they are the decafe ones.

Is this coffee already ground

Other responses are correct. It is very finely ground for making by the Greek/Turkish method.I like the coffee but not the strong sugary stuff that they traditionally make. So I have modified it to my taste by making it weaker, without sugar, and getting a milder larger drink with milk. But you still need to use the basic method of catching it as it froths up in the pan (I use a milk pan). Because it is finely ground it is liable to rapid deterioration once opened and exposed to the air. I pack it down firmly in a glass jar and store it in the fridge, and it keeps quite well but if you buy one of the smaller packs just roll down the spare packing to eliminate air and it should keep well enough.
