Clearly he has no idea what he's talking about! - I don't normally do reviews but the other reviewer that gave this item a 1 star rating clearly has no idea what he's talking about. First of all, this is cheaper than buying both games (StarCraft II:Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm) digitally. Furthermore, it comes in a very nice box that looks good on your shelf. In addition to this, having a physical disc significantly decreases the install time as only a small part of the game needs to be downloaded. In the box you'll also find a strategy guide for StarCraft II which I found to be well-written, informative and very helpful. In conclusion, for £20, it's a steal.

**Q: Will I need to download any files\upgrades, or I can play straight away once the game is installed?**
A: Even if you manage to magically get the game to install from the dvd you will still need to download a massive set of updates. The default method of installing is straight from the internet. The disk is next to useless. Buy it online download version and save yourself some time and hassle.

**Q: Can i download the cd on multiple computer and play on lan? thank you.**
A: Sorry I bought it for my friend so I don't know.

**Q: Does this have to be played online or are there single player campaigns and battles?**
A: I belive it runs through the battle net so needs to be connected to the internet but been a while since ive played so not exactly sure. But the game has a single player campaign and various other modes to play

**Q: Does it work on Windows 10**
A: Im not to sure as mine runs windows 8. But on google some people have said it works fine and others have fixes to problems that theyve encountered. But when you start up the game it does install the latest updates before you play

As other reviewers have said, this is the full version of the product. But once the CD has been in, it goes off to Blizzard and downloads 16gb of data. Game is great, book is interesting. Looks impressive in the big box.

### ⭐ Life is too short to waste your time just trying to get the damn thing working

I know I might be in a minority here, but... I have completed StarCraft 1 many times and thoroughly enjoyed whiling away a few hours playing whatever level I wanted and totally understanding where I was up to in the game etc. This new version takes forever to download, seems to need updating every time you fire it up and has such a complicated structure that it was easier to understand VCR instruction manuals. The game appears to consist of hours of storyline video content with a little bit of gameplay between. I have made a formal decision today to delete the game and destroy the disc. I would give it to a charity shop normally, but I do not want to subject another hapless casual game player with this torture...... Which is a pity, because to gameplay is actually very good! As for contacting support, I have done chemistry exams that were easier. Once you get a chat going, they are no help at all ad in the end, downright rude.
