Sound adjustment better than other wifi speakers. Perfect for bedroom.

Expected more from speakers. Upgraded from the flex 2 to these. Recommend power node plus passive speakers instead for a better dual purpose use case. Using for home theater group didn’t give me the sound I was looking for.

I’m no stranger to Bluesound and the very good BluOS app. Use it throughout my home. I bought a pair of these to replace the Bluesound Flex speakers in my bedroom. These are much costlier and the sound just doesn’t cut it. At a decent volume the music sounds like it’s coming out of boxy cheap speakers. I’m beyond return dates so I have them in my kitchen, as background for food prep. Overall I’d have to say that Bluesound speakers have a very long way to go to sit next to higher fidelity stereo speakers. They are all relegated in my house to background speakers. That said, I’m expecting delivery of the Bluesound Node streamer. I’m certain it will be awesome. I think the app is great and quite intuitive. C’mon Bluesound, you can do better with your speakers!!

This whole home speaker offers versatile connectivity and high-quality acoustics to any area. It can connect directly to your Wi-Fi or wired network as well as through Bluetooth, optical, and auxiliary inputs. It has built in streaming services and can be controlled through your smart home AI such as Alexa or Google. I had some difficulties getting it connected to Alexa but once connected it works very well. It also has an app called BlueOS which offers additional control and functionality. The speaker is extremely well made and produces rich bass and crisp highs. This is not a portable speaker. It is meant to stay in one area such as a bookshelf, nightstand, or end table, and remain connected to a power source. These speakers can work alone or be paired/grouped in multiples. I highly recommend this wireless streaming speaker.

I got one as a gift. The good: great sound, nice looks, easy to use app (android). The bad: big one for me is THERE IS NO YOUTUBE MUSIC OR PANDORA SUPPORT. I counted 24 music services it supports but not the 2 main ones I use. How is this possible for a $450 wifi speaker? Yes, you can Bluetooth but that defeats the purpose of a wifi speaker as it is tied to my phone which gets calls and interruptions and cuts off music when I leave. Per their support pages, people have been asking for these for a year now, and still nothing. I would recommend going with Sonos as they have these apps until this company gets it together.

I bought the Pulse M after reading countless reviews and ignoring the negative issues. Unfortunately, this purchase became one of the worst customer and use experiences I've had in recent times. The Pulse M is a beautiful and well-built speaker. However, as an ordinary user, the sound is mediocre, particularly at low volumes. In comparison, a tiny and much cheaper Bluetooth JBL Flip speaker provides a much pleasant sense of space. If I could choose again, I would gladly trade my Pulse M at a loss. However, the mediocre sound is just the beginning of my horror story. The BluOS iOS app (on an iPhone 14 Pro and a 1.5 Gb wireless connection at home) is slow and frustrating. But the biggest issue seems to be the connectivity between the app and my Pulse M speaker. Most often than not, the connection is dropped and not restored after restarting the app or unplugging the speaker. In practical terms, this is my story: I love listening music for an hour or so in the evenings while I cook. But, most of the time, the Pulse M doesn't work in the kitchen. So, I don't use it anymore and I have replaced it with the sound of my iPhone internal speaker. Something interesting. The Pulse M does not work adequately in my kitchen, roughly 4 m and one wall away from the router. These days the Pulse M is sitting in another room at an equivalent distance and also behind a wall. It seems to work fine here. So, perhaps you will be luckier and buy the Pulse M that works in the room where you need it most! Bluesound promotes itself as a company that support its customers. Just look for "Bluesound Listening Commitment." I must acknowledge that I was impressed this afternoon when I received an email from Bluesound stating that they have not forgotten the support request I submitted ONE WEEK AGO! Unfortunately for me, Bluesound is "seeing a higher volume of calls but have been working even harder." I have heard this before from pretty much every single customer support department I have reached out to since before the pandemic. I find it rather insulting. In summary, my perception of the Pulse M's beauty and mediocre sound are just opinions. But, my experience using the product and requesting support are facts. I hope they help buyers make an informed decision.

Enceinte exceptionnelle, nécessite un petit rodage avant de découvrir un son bluffant .... je l'utilise depuis environ deux mois, j'ai effectué toutes les maj je n'ai aucun souci avec wifi en airplay ... j'ai aussi une chaine hifi dont un node 2021, je découvre le multiroom, c'est très simple a utiliser et facile à paramétrer et surtout tip top j'ai du son partout dans ma salle de vie et ma terrasse .... mes appli sont qobuz, beatport, bluos (ios macos) J'envisage l'achat d'une seconde enceinte d'ici la fin de l'année ... je recommande cette marque canadienne d'exception.

I bought the Pulse one to act as a speaker to a Bluesound Node streamer. The sound is all I expected and the quality of finish is excellent. I had some difficulty is setting up this and the Node as they were reluctant to connect to my wifi. This was rectified by turning off the VPN

Poor sound quality, ten foot from router signal drop outs. No Alexa customer support was unable to fix. First item delivered open box second was sealed. Battling with the app gave frustration so gave up and sent back for a refund.
