I ordered this for my Son & Daughter-in-Law’s first Christmas with their gorgeous baby daughter. The item in the picture looked so neat and the reviews were very good so I didn’t have any cause for concern on ordering a personalised item. Unfortunately, when I received it I was very disappointed as the writing looked very rushed and punctuation was non existent. I didn’t have time to send it back to the seller as I had to post it off to my family but I did contact the seller to let them know. Their response was very poor. I am clearly not a valued customer as I dared to say their standard of work had slipped. They weren’t even interested enough to ask for a photo. I would never use this company again and I would definitely not recommend them simply due to their bad customer service. I would also like to add that my Son & Daughter-in-Law didn’t get the joy from my gift because of the mistakes. They appreciated the thought but I don’t think it’s something that they will treasure which is sad. This is something the company hasn’t taken into account.

Lovely personalised keepsake. Great communication from the company to check our personalised message. We were very pleased with the quality of this and it will hang on our Christmas tree for many years to come!

Bought for a friend who just had a much wanted IVF baby. They loved it & it's beautifully made. Pattern is front & back so if it turns on the tree it still looks good.
