Expensive, but nice, small and well built freezer! It arrived very well packaged, with no dents or scratches, and within the promised delivery window. Unpacking of the unit was easy and intuitive. The footprint was just ideal for my space needs and I could move the unit around quite easily. I installed the unit in my garage from where it operates. It worked perfectly and as advertised! I really love the electronic temperature control panel and digital internal temperature display output from the unit - this was a major purchase consideration to begin with. It operates very quietly and has so far consistently maintained the set temperature over about two weeks of operation - just be sure to keep the specified clearances around the unit for optimal performance. I hope this unit will be durable and maintain it's highly satisfactory performance throughout all the seasons of the year. So far, I am very satisfied with this unit and highly recommend it.

Keeps my dippin dots perfect at -40.

Upon plugging in I received an error code for no temperature sensor. I removed the service cover and observed the temp sensor was not plugged into the control board. Unit works fine now with this wire plugged in. Consider resolving this issue in the factory.

Freezer cools to -40 as advertised. The seal around the lid could definitely be improved upon. After only being plugged in for 5 days there was frost accumulation around the seal. Overall I am pleased with it fulfilling its purpose. For the price you won’t find another freezer that cools to these temperatures.

The freezer stop working after 2.5 years, I suspected it wouldn't last long-- because it never shut off-- as if it wasn't properly insulated. It took forever to get cold and frost built up around the gaskets

Great customer service! The freezer works well, I use it in my lab to store epoxies.
