A: It doesn't state that thy are medicated on the packet. They are just soft felt rings. Very comfortable to wear

A: If you mean the sticky stuff, just soak your feet for a while and gently scrub it off.

I have a wart on my hand and have been using these pads in conjunction with salicylic acid prescribed by my GP. Place the pad over the wart, apply a coating of acid, cover with adhesive plaster. This daily process requires occasional removal of dead tissue as per clinical guidance. The pads have good adhesion, but due to the material, will break down if you get them wet repeatedly, so try and keep them dry. Basically they do what they are supposed to. I have deducted a star as I find they are hard to remove in one piece and invariably I have to keep on picking at the material and glue before it is all removed.
