They're really comfortable and offer great stability, especially if you do weightlifting regularly. I feel well-grounded during squats and deadlifts, and they’ve held up nicely so far. Review: Fits like a glove 👌 - I must say for the discounted price I am thoroughly impressed. I am not interested in cross fit. I am a body builder. I lift heavy when I deadlift. These shoes fit the bill and the budget. I do body weight exercises as well so this hybrid shoe will be excellent. It is flat enough to have good form and has good ankle support. These shoes fit perfectly and are an exact fit. If you have rather wide feet these might not be for you. The colors are really good looking. This is an asteticly pleasing shoe if you are in it for the looks as well. If I saw these in a store I would have easily expected to pay70-80 dollars and they were only 43. Right out of the box I give these shoes a 9/10 just because I don't do cross fit. I say pull the plug if you want these. You won't be disappointed.
