A: Why do people think "xylophone", which makes the /z/ sound, somehow a good word for teaching /ks/ for x?  I guess I could just toss that one out.  I'd also prefer only short vowel pictures, but could set those aside until ready.

**Q: What do I do if my letter Z can has N pictures in it?**
A: You should obviously contact the seller because that is a mistake. The Z can should have Z pictures in it.

**Q: does it come with upper and lower case letters?**
A: Yes. Inside of each Alphabet Soup Sorters can, contains both upper case & lower case letters, including pictures that start with the corresponding letter on the can.
