These actually work really well. Definitely worth the purchase.

I like the idea of protection of my instruments, but what I don’t understand is why these are sold separately from the humidity control packs. If they are an essential component of the system, why are they $10 a pop. The price is near double their competitors who sell both together at near half the price. Caveat emptor.

Nice wooden musical instruments (both big and small) can crack and split if not kept within their climate tolerances. These pouches are for the small packets (size 8) used for small instruments like ukuleles, mandolins, etc. The packets will both absorb or disburse moisture into the air around the instrument to maintain a specific level of humidity. They are manufactured for various levels of humidity so be sure to buy the ones that fit your need. Order the pouch and the packets to use together (don't use the packets without the pouch!) I like them so much, I gave my brother pouches and packets for his ukuleles and guitars as a gift.

Seems a bit expensive but…

These humidity packs work great in my guitars. Delivery was excellent.

I have been using Boveda 49% humidity packs and these double sleeve holders in my acoustic and electric guitars for years. Very easy to use, no mess, very convenient. I have a couple of these holders that are 7 years old and they look like they did when they were new. I see no reason to switch to anything else. Excellent product.

Been using about a month and seam to be working good. Humidity in case is stable at 54. I wish it was 50 but I think that it’s very close. Outside case reads 42 - 58. Again case is always 54. Cheap protection for my guitar.

I gave it a 3 star rating because at $10 each they're a little pricey for what they are made from...a thin porous fabric. I've only used one for about 6 weeks so I can't say how long it will last. It just sits in my guitar case with a Boveda 49% Rh humidity control packet inside, which is nearing the end of its useful life...holding at about 45% at the moment, so I will have to replace the packet in a few weeks. The Rh control packets are about $6 each and can be purchased slightly cheaper in bulk.
