I have urge incontinence, sudden need to go, which can be difficult out of the house. These fit well and much to my pleasure work perfectly if the need arises. Dry and comfortable after use. The only issue is they tend to ride down at the back but braces fixed this for me, attached to the trouser back

I suffer from Fecal incontinence with small amounts of urinary for fun. (I had serious colorectal cancer with nearly catastrophic complications) I have been looking for diapers that would protect better from overflow from Fecal output when I'm sleeping, a thinner seat section (it seems that most adult diapers are targeted at people who have trouble with urine, this requires a much thicker absorbant pad to soak up the urine) with these deluxe diapers the pad under my tailbone is much thinner which makes a major difference in how long I can sit. I just started to use these diapers but I can already tell that there will be a major difference with lower back and tailbone pain. Like many of my peers I have lost quite a bit of muscle and fat from my butt. The pain I've been living with has been almost too much to take. I think this will make a big difference. Another effect of wearing these pants is that they are made with a much higher level of quality. They look nice, the seams look good. It a marked difference between these and the rest. Seeing and using these pants made we think. "why can't products needed for people who have had cancer have nice things too." Dealing with all of the insults and injury's that are cancer makes me realize that there is a huge market out there for higher quality products for us walking wounded. As for the added cost I could not care less. I pay for quality in nearly everything I buy. These pants make me feel better on so many levels it hard to understand why this did not happen before. This all said. these are not available in sizes larger then large. while I can wear these in a large size I feel I would be much more comfortable in extra large. Please Mr. Tena, can't you make us cancer patients some of these in diapers in XL? I know we might not be around much longer but there will always be someone becoming Ill that needs the larger format Diaper. (trying for the sympathy angle) Really though, having just a bit more space would make these things perfect. They are so comfortable that I might wear them when I'm not incontinent. For travel for example. even if not soiled. you might wear them and discard. less to deal with when on the road.
