This a perfect piece of kit, a must in your inventory if your wanting to learn how to slip. May be small but it’s in reality it’s a perfect size to improve on accuracy and coordination.

It is a great piece of kit. Great to slip and pivot around and develops speed and accuracy of punches, it says not to punch it but it is great quality and it receives some quick light hits anyway. If it breaks (I doubt it will) but at that price I'll just buy another.

Unreal product, the quality of the bag is excellent and it came just as it was described. Would definitely recommend, especially at such a good price too.

This is a decent piece of equipment but decide if you really need it: I don't. I've given 3 stars because of the price. It's literally a small pouch, which you have to fill with rice, and a long string. There are much better - albeit more expensive - ways of practising slips, at least in my opinion.

Extremely bad quality and waste of money. I have bought 3 products from this make/company and each time they have split within 3 months. I expect these type of products to last due to what they are used for! I have been using this item correctly and I’m no Mike Tyson! But still, this product has been very disappointing! Don’t waste your money buying this, when you can get better quality products for the same price if not cheaper!

I practice martial arts and found it a very good part of training, I filled mine with 3 lbs of rice, very well packed, it fits heavy and bounce slow but consistent. Recommended
