Good quality recipes
Some very good gluten free recipes, bought for a friend for Christmas. This is a small size book which I didn’t realise when I bought it, however it does not detract from the quality and my friend was delighted by the recipe selection.

Neat little book
Good range of recipes and very useful for someone just diagnosed with coeliac disease. Tried making the cranberry, macadamia and white chocolate cookies, but were very thin and broke into lots of small pieces, so didn't look great, but tasted DELICIOUS

Easy, fuss-free recipes
I'm an avid baker, and when my husband was diagnosed with coeliac disease, I tried a few wheat-free recipes online without success. I've tried the chocolate and raspberry brownies, ginger shortbread and gingerbread men so far and they've all been delicious, without the texture issues that some other recipes I have tried have. I've served them at dinner parties without complaint. The savory recipes don't look particularly inspiring, and as others have said, don't always specify that you have to buy gluten-free versions of condiments, so I haven't tried them. However, given that it's only £3.99, I think this is worth it for the sweet recipes alone.

This book doesn't have substitutes of wheat or plain floor. The author doesn't write in the recipes what we should use to make gluten free recipes. She simply writes to use 'gluten free plain floor, gluten free self-raising floor, gluten free, vegetable stock, gluten free white loaf, gluten free pasta,etc..... You cannot use even a single recipe, if you stay in India, because you can't get these things in the local market.
