This pillow has improved my life and it has only been a week. I have had many head, neck, and back injuries (snowboarding falls, car accidents, injury on a theme park ride, and bad posture in front of the computer) that have left me with long term pain, stiffness, and soreness in my neck and sometimes back. I tried a memory foam bamboo pillow and that helped a little, but I still woke with soreness and stiffness each day for years. The morning after my first night's sleep on this pillow, I had a little soreness due to the foam being a little firmer than my previous pillow, but it was like my body just needed to get used to it. The foam of this pillow is firm but soft at the same time. It keeps its structure while allowing your body to mold/shape into it (without permanent shaping). Now, I wake each morning without any pain, soreness, or stiffness in my neck or back! I feel more rested. I toss and move less in my sleep. My body and spine actually feel like they are in line! Sleeping on my side on my old pillow made my head tilt down and my chest collapse, but not on this pillow! I feel completely supported on my side. I love sleeping on my stomach. Due to my neck injuries, I used to sleep on my stomach without a pillow to get an angle that hurt the least. I can now comfortably stomach lay on this pillow! I am also a snorer and sleep talker. My husband told me that I no longer make loud snoring noises or clicking noises as I sleep. Now I sound like I am taking long deep breaths. That is because my airway is finally in line and not collapsing once my muscles relax during sleep. I feel more energized from having better breathing during my sleep and I sleep deeper. All in all, this is the best pillow I have ever owned and I am a forever happy customer! Thank you!

I could not use this pillow. It was wasted money. My husband even tried it and he couldn't use it either.

Since I've been using this pillow I haven't had to make weekly visits to my chiropractor! It has helped with the tension in my shoulders which helped take away the stuff neck! Worth every penny! I'm a side sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper and we both love the versatile design.

Read the most recent reviews from the past months. They obviously changed the type of foam. I don't think it's even memory foam. It is not firm, AT ALL! It squishes right down like a pancake. At best, it's like really cheap standard pillow foam and doesn't even appear to fill the covering. I had put this pillow in a list I made for potential pillows to buy. It looked like it would be one of the best choices for the way I sleep, but then the price was high. I checked that list last week and saw it was half off, but before I bought it, I did read the recent reviews. For the past months people had complained how bad it was. I decided to take the gamble. The one star reviews had lasted so long, I wondered if the company had finally corrected the quality and got new stock with the original foam, and lowered the price to get fast sales to get the stars back up. Or maybe they were just dumping their stock of bad pillows. It must be the latter. This company obviously has no ethical standards and is more than willing to dump faulty product on the consumer. I hope most people considering this pillow read the most recent reviews, but Amazon, by default, feeds them the "top reviews," which in this case, don't apply. DON'T BUY IT, at least, not now until you see good reviews again.

The memory foam has good support. I haven’t noticed any improvements to pain relief or sleep quality. I have noticed that maybe the support isn’t right for me. The dent in the middle of the pillow combined with the curves on the sides made my neck felt as though there’s outside pressure that made my neck pain got worse and introduced shoulder pain. Wished this pillow came with cut pieces of the center ring so that I can keep or remove for best fit. I finally made a bigger center hole by cutting away about an inch of the memory foam around the center hole. No more pressure on the sides of my neck now and feels much more comfortable. My head can “drop” in the pillow’s center at a more comfortable position.

Jeez. This thing is MAGIC. My sleep issues: insomnia, neck pain, wake up 4-5 times a night, sleep eating, and having four cats haha. As I fall asleep, I would start on one side, switch to other side, then end up on back. But would wake up in all sorts of different positions. I’ve only used this pillow for 2 days so far but these past 2 days have been the MOST RESTFUL sleep I’ve had in...I can’t even remember. I’m OUT. I only woke up once the first night and went right back to sleep. That NEVER happens with me. It cradles my head so nicely, and I wake in the same position I fell asleep in. Neck pain/crick was gone after the first night and I’ve had that pain for years. Tried all sorts of different regular pillows, have slept with pillows surrounding me, take a prescribed sleep medication, but nothing has helped me sleep like this pillow does. I didn’t even get up to use the bathroom (usually would at LEAST twice a night) because I was so comfortable and fast asleep. I truly can’t believe it. It’s very comfortable, firm but soft. The memory foam is in perfect shape. I know some people had problems with them expanding but I think it must have been a bad batch of foam. I really can’t praise this pillow enough. I’m so so happy. It is a nice soft pillow, it was a good sleep. But gives no support to your next due to it sink completely down due to the weight of your head.

I've used many different pillows and this one works well for me regardless if I'm sleeping on my side or on my back.

Has a weird gross smell :( it’s overpowering
