Solid scooter, nice suspension, great brakes and plenty of power/speed
I have had this scooter for about a month now (145 miles), and it performs well up to iScooter's claims. It has 3 power settings which are actually quite handy, allowing you to switch between less a touchy throttle and lower speeds when you need precise control, up to full power on a good surface with plenty of room. The range and top speed claims are legit: I'm 205lbs and it easily reached the rated speed on the flats at each power setting (Eco 9mph, Std 19mph, Turbo 25mph) though I keep it in the STD setting most of the time. It climbs even steep hills well and does well on unpaved surfaces, like your average trail or dirt road. The brakes are great, though they are set up like a motorcycle with the rear on the left, which takes a bit of getting used to for those who ride bicycles. The display is simple and easy to read. There is an App which gives more precise information on battery charge (and some things there is no context to use like scooter temperature...?) I have not ridden it at night so won't comment on the headlight but have had a ton of fun with it already and think it was worth the price. The range and claimed speeds are all realistic, brakes and suspension are both solid, and yesterday I took a leisurely ride with a friend on an ebike, keeping up without issue. My only complaint isn't really fair, but it is heavy. I can lift it in and out of my trunk, but imagine some might struggle to do so. It is a solid reassuring scooter but a bit heavy to slog around. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this scooter and will probably buy additional electric toys after the positive experience. HINT: as Li batteries prefer to be stored between 20-80% charge, I have found you get about 8% for each 30min on the charger, making it easy to charge up to 80% after a ride and then top it off quickly before another.

Just passed the 400 mile mark!
This scooter is pretty slick! I just passed the 400 mile mark and other than a very small amount of battery sag it's still as good as it was on mile 1! There's a lot to like about this scooter and only a few things that are less than awesome. So pros and cons: PROS: This scooter is definitely well made with sturdiness and longevity in mind. The locking mechanism is solid and easily or into place quickly, as well as taken out when you need to fold the scooter. I'm 215lbs and it carries my weight well reaching 24 mph (top speed) even on pretty steep hills. The lights are bright (head, tail, under, all of them!) and all parts of the scooter function as they should. The tires have held up amazingly and the size of the scooter is perfect for a 5'11" male or smaller (handle bar height is adjustable. CONS: Let me begin by saying only one of these really really falls into this category. The other two are just... Inconvenient i guess you would say. So let's get the big one or of the way.... Battery size. It has a 48v 10ah battery and they boast that it'll take you a maximum of 25 miles per charge. Well as mentioned before in 215lbs and riding with a mix of turbo for about 5 miles and the rest of the battery life riding on standard i consistently only get 13 miles from full to empty. And i live in Florida so it's definitely not because of steep hills or gusty wind. I'm my own humble opinion the battery should have been at the least 15ah, but more likely closer to 20ah and this scooter would be nearly perfect. Im getting ready to build my own battery and add it as a secondary to get a little more mileage out of it. Next is the rear shocks... They have been closed to useless from day 1 and bottom out on any kind of bump be it small or large. I haven't going an upgrade for them yet but I'm looking. Ok, last con would have to be the slowest of the 3 speed... Eco. Eco registers at 10mph, Standard at 18mph, and Turbo at 24mph. Honestly i have tried to make myself ride out in Eco and it's slow, like walking slow! I never can make myself keep it on for more then a min and i tell myself and the blinking 1 bar left in the display that is rather walk than ride this slow before putting it back into Standard. So that's it. I know there are a few points i should cover like brakes(power full enough that I've take 3 separate over the handle bar dives by engaging the front brake too fast?), cruise control ( very simple and effective) , and the app ( could also be on the cons list) but really I've said all that needed to be said about this awesome scooter. Btw if anyone knows how to make it faster please post it on YouTube or Reddit. Look thanks

Six mile review
So today after a week of looking at it, I finally took it out for a ride at the parking lot at work. There is only one thing I dislike and it’s not a big deal for me, but for others it could be a deal breaker and it’s the weight. I used to be a gym rat and been “taking a break “ for few years now but try to stay active so I consider myself pretty strong but it is heavy even for me when it’s folded. Other than that it rides amazing, very very smooth ride and the throttle response it good on standard mode and it gets better on turbo. Eco it’s good but I will use it only for sidewalk. Regardless, very good throttle. Handles very well and for someone who has never used one of this ever before, in a matter of 20 mins I was already going the full 24 mph. I put a little over 6 miles on the first ride and the battery shows only one bar down so I still have like 4 out of 5. Battery seems pretty good. Brakes are phenomenal and they are very intuitive but it also helps the regenerative breaking when you let go of the throttle. That’s a sweet feature. Awesome scooter so far. I still have to practice “sidewalk “ riding because today I decided to try it and ended up walking long side the scooter because I kept going towards the grass when I ran into a light pole or fire hydrant but again today was my first time riding one of these. I would recommend it because it’s smooth, fast and it feels very safe when you ride it. If you don’t care about the weight ( I live on the second floor and it’s almost deterring to take it for a ride thus why I haven’t used it since I got it a week ago ) but if you have a garage or don’t care about the weight I think it’s one of the best e-scooters out there for the money. Go for it and I don’t think you will regret it.

I got this scooter mainly for the fun factor and it has not disappointed! I did a lot of comparing of features and prices before making this purchase, and I am confident I got the best value for the money. The scooter is quick, with 3 different speed settings and a maximum speed of 40 km/hr. I had someone ride alongside me on an ebike and clocked me closer to 35 km/hr, but it definitely is feels fast enough! With an 800w motor, it is one of the fastest scooters available in this price range. The range is good, probably about an hour of riding time, so at 40 km/hr. you can probably go about 40 km. The ride is very comfortable, with front and rear suspension and the big inflatable tires which are pretty good off road as well. No problem going over bumps, on the grass and smooth gravel trails. Climbing is quite good also. I weight 210 lbs, and the scooter is able to get me up all but the very steepest of hills, in which case I just give a couple kicks and I'm on my way. The only very small complaint is that the steering post creeks a bit because it is adjustable. Other rental scooters I've ridden do not do this because the post/steering is ridged and nonadjustable. However, the steering on this scooter is very solid and reliable. The lights are great as well - headlight, turn signals, a blue bottom light that looks cool at night. Electric horn. Brakes are responsive as well. I had one minor issue with the pin that locks the scooter in the open position (more of a secondary insurance thing because there is already a lever that securely locks the steering in place.) The pull ring broke the first time I used it. The company was very responsive and sent me a replacement part right away at no expense to me. I have had zero problems since. I love this scooter and I'm discovering lots of new parks and areas around and outside my neighborhood because of it!

I had a very frustrating experience with the iScooter 2025 i9 Electric Scooter. I received a faulty product not once, but twice. Both scooters had issues right out of the box, and I had no choice but to return them. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the return shipping myself, losing over $200 in the process. That’s a significant amount for a product that never worked as expected. Even worse, the scooter’s security features are completely unreliable. The mobile app used to lock and unlock the scooter is not secure—anyone can download the app and easily unlock the scooter without authorization. This is a serious design flaw that puts the scooter at high risk of theft. Overall, this was a terrible purchase. The quality control, customer support, and app security are all lacking. I strongly advise others to avoid this product.

Been having a TON of fun on this since I bought it, can get a little bumpy on rough terrain but honestly charges super fast and rides very well and the battery seems to have some very good mileage. ONE caveat which is not a complaint but something I feel is worth mentioning, holding down the accelerator automatically applies cruise control after staying at a speed for a few seconds. This is a great feature, my only issue is that I found out while testing the top speed and still getting used to the balance. Expecting to ease off the throttle and slow down, I DEFINITELY had a brief moment of panic before tapping the breaks because I had set the cruise control at 29 km/h. Also be careful with the breaks because even a tap will give you a good jostle if you aren't ready for it. This thing is seriously dangerous and dangerously fun. Super happy with my purchase, but please everyone be careful out there!
