Quality tea, good quantity and value, well packaged. Delicious flavor, sweet and floral. Promotes a feeling of well being. May help my lungs, I don’t know. But a very good product

This is is a tea I can drink everyday, the taste is good. I put a little honey in it and it is as good or better than my earl grey.

Removed one star only because the lemon balm makes me very sleepy. It was the last ingredient so I took a chance knowing my nervous system is very sensitive to nervines. Otherwise I love the mild flavor, its organic and well packaged. Cant speak to respiratory effects since I cant drink it during the day and I try not to drink too late at night or Im up going to loo in middle of the night.

My husband tried this tea after researching a natural way to help his lungs and helping him breath better without having to rest after an activity. To say the least, it worked wonders for him and for myself. It only took a few days to notice the differences. I would weez so badly at night it would wake me up. the price is rather high but being it works for the both of us its worth it. I am not a big fan of tea without some kind of sweetener because of the bitterness, but this tea is great on its own.

Good tea but not good enough to improve breathing. The quality is excellent. It helps you relax.

My husband didn’t like the flavor and wasn’t sure about effectiveness. I used it several times. For me it was soothing and did help with my ability to sleep without coughing through the night. I would use it again.
