I was disappointed with the play house; the actual house is very small - the dimensions given are for the platform and not the house.As mentioned by another purchaser there isn’t a proper door on the house; just a cheap plastic sheet that blows in the wind and let’s the rain into the house. My 6 year old didn’t look impressed, she can’t play in it in the rain because of the lack of proper door.The actual structure is a good quality and the wood used looks lovely; I ended up buying more wood to extend the platform and added my own veranda.... it ended up being a very expensive birthday present.

My 8 yr old daughter and her friends ranging from 2 years old up to 10 have all enjoyed playing on it. Only downside is the cheap plastic sheet that is meant to be a door. Hadn't cottoned onto that from the picture.

Very happy with the product. Took me all day to assemble by myself. As they state, 2 person job.

Just as the pic grandson loves it,building it togeather was ok too given 5stars perfect
