W7 Cosmetics Lip Jacket Zip and Seal Lipstick Sealer 5 ml

For many many years I have been using the Lipcote which is the same thing as this brand. I have always been happy with Lipcote and yes lipstick stays on longer than with out it BUT one time I couldn't get it I thought I would give this brand a try. I am so glad I did because I now use this one instead! Reason being the lipstick stays on much longer which saves constantly reapplying when out and works out cheaper then using so much lipstick! Initially I didn't think I would like it as it made my lips feel really dry and actually stung for a while but having persevered with it (didn't want to waste my money having bought it) I have used it since and onto my 3rd purchase... I will also continue to use it in future. If you remember that it will possibly sting on first few applications an your lips may feel dry (so can Lipcote but not as strong) than you should be happy with it. It will improve with getting used to it. Obviously do not use on cracked lips.

I have bought this lip sealer a few times so I thought it was time I left a review. Obviously I like it otherwise I would not have bought it several times. It goes on smoothly and stops my lipstick and liner from wearing off too quickly. It’s easy to put on with the attached brush.

Originally intended to buy Lipcote but the price difference between this one and that made this more appealing. And the reviews, although mixed, weren't too negative. This works well. Has a strong smell but that doesn't transfer onto the lips. Didn't sting on application and wasn't sticky. It lasts well. Will definitely purchase it again.

Not as effective as previous brands bought but cheap and does work to an extent.

However much this works it’s unusable due to the truly vile smell. I don’t want to put something that smells so awful on my lips. God knows what’s in it

The best lip lock around. Need your lippy to stay put all day then grab this little bottle

Good price but you get what you pay for and this product didn't last long. Would not recommend

Used this years ago and was pleased to find it again.

Really works! It smells terrible, but that only lasts while applying and quickly fades. NEED to make sure you wait to test the blot until after it COMPLETELY dries. The great thing, when it does "stop working", it doesn't flake or blob or get spotty, it just fades, which is what good lipstick does anyway when needing reapplication. Doesn't last as long as promised, but I was wearing really RED lipstick and ate salad dressing that may have been oily.
