I take these to help with my neuropathy in my left foot. Now, instead of taking 2 Lyrica and 6 Gabapentin, I'm now taking 1 Nerve Health in the AM and around 5:00 PM I'll take my 1 Lyrica. I can now sleep all night long with no foot pain! Historically, I needed Gabapentin in the middle of the night multiple times a night. Thanks to Nerve Health, I no longer need all those meds!! They're easy to take. Good size, not so big. Which means it's a good value for the money. I didn't notice any additional energy but that's OK, that's not why I bought them. For me it's all about alleviating pain!

Does offer some support and relief but if you have nerve pain you need to go to your doctor. I am active and working with hardware in my spine.

Can't respond to OTC messages that take time to build up in the body..

It was helpful but decided to make a change the b-12 was not methylcobalamin, it did not have benfotiamine and just was not strong enough and it cost a lot for only 60 capsules.
