Excellent quality and sturdiness, light and easy to transport and easy to assemble/dissemble.

I love these bars. They were easy to put together. They are a little heavier than expected, but a nice size. so we’ll see how they fit in my luggage when I fly around the world with them next week. As a beginner in Calisthenics, but have a gym background, these back become a central part of my routine. They have had good use since I bought them, and they are very sturdy and the grip feels really nice (better than do these exercises on dumbbells).

Very sturdy, and a good height for someone just getting into parallette work; just the right level of challenge for a beginner. Compared to the price others charge these are a steal. The metal can be a bit unforgiving on the hands at first, but this eases over time. A couple of (minor, in my view) criticisms, though. As others have said - the supplied bolts can be a bit tricky to get on. There's no tool supplied so you'll need some kind of spanner to do the job. Once they're in place they won't go anywhere, although if you were planning to regularly disassemble them (to pack in a travel bag, for example) it could become a problem. There aren't any grips to speak of on the bottom. Not a problem for me, as I use them in a carpeted room at home. But if you're using them on a solid floor you may find they slip. I'm sure there's a very straightforward solution to be found down your local DIY shop. I should also point out I've only been doing relatively simple exercises on them, but given how sturdy they seem I can't foresee any problems for those doing more advanced work.

First, now that I have them together, I'm quite happy. They're solid, stable, and the materials seem to be high quality. The bar surfaces are slightly rough, which means that my hands are able to get a great grip on them without any concerns about slipping. I've seen some parallettes that have a knurled surface, but I think these are better. All that said, the reason I give this product 4 instead of 5 stars is that they were a nightmare to assemble. As the photo shows, each of the four legs needs to seat into their respective bracket at the ends of the parallette bars. The bars I received allowed two of the legs to seat with little effort. The fit of the third leg was tight, so tight I needed a rubber mallet to position it properly. I point out that for each leg, there are two bolts that need to thread through the holes in the brackets and leg, and if the alignment is slightly off, the bolts will not go through. It was the fourth leg that gave me the most trouble. The bracket must have been slightly out of square because the leg was extremely hard to insert. Aligning the holes was a miserable job. What made the task even more painful was that one of the bolts on this leg would simply not line up properly with the hole on the opposite side. I spent more than two hours of back-breaking effort trying to get the bolt to successfully pass through. Finally, after a lot of swearing, with the help of various prying tools, I was able to angle the bolt sufficiently to seat into the opposite hole. During the process, I almost threw in the towel several times, thinking I would just have to send it back. One last bit of constructive criticism to Gravity Fitness. The parallettes need an 8mm hex key and a monkey wrench to assemble. Many people will already have the wrench, but I think the hex key is a relatively rare bit of kit that most people won't have. In my opinion, that key should be included with the product.

I am very happy with the quality, they are sturdy and do not wobble or slip on the floor while being used! An allen key and spanner are needed to assemble but it is very easy and only took about 5 mins. The handles are smooth and comfortable to hold so that you don't get sore hands which you could do from other rough surfaces. Value for money is great, it is not cheap rubbish that would eventually break that you would get if you brought a cheaper brand, but it is not overly priced for what you get like most fitness equipment has been during the pandemic. I personally like the look of the squared ended base.

Order placed on 16 March and received in Northern Ireland on the afternoon of the 19th. Product was securely wrapped and all items were in the box as described. The instructions provided were simple and easy to follow. The only tool required was needed to secure the bolts. From the package was opened to the parallettes being put together and ready to use was just over 30mins. I have purchased from Gravity Fitness before and am delighted with the quality of both of the products. These bars will be well received in our house by both my young daughter and i as we will be able to use them for fitness at home - she does crossfit and I am starting out in calisthenics. The bars are sturdy but light in weight and would therefore be suitable for travelling. they are easy and quick to put together and take apart and would be ideal in a compact accommodation. Ii would be happy to recommend this product and would shop with this company again.

Acheté en complément d’autres barres pour faire du street. Très content de mon achat. Ces barres sont pas lourdes (pour les déplacer), elles tiennent très bien en place et ne glisse pas ! Le préhension est très bonne du au bon diamètre des barres. Vraiment un bon rapport qualité prix. On voit bien que c’est du bon matériel. Recu démontées, cela prend 2min de les monter et elles sont opérationnelles ! Je recommande vraiment !

Sturdy, thick wooden grips, solid metal construction and proper rubber feet. Can not imagine anything being better about these. There is some assembly needed, as expected.

Das Produkt ging aufgrund des riechenden Plastiks (Schutzschuhe für Ständer) und der Verschraubung (haben hier bereits Kunden berichtet) zurück. Man bekommt wohl auch für 60€ kein Produkt mehr aus Deutschland sondern nur Massenware aus China. Der Aufbau scheint solide, ist jedoch subjektiv bei anderen Herstellern besser gelöst, weil das T-Stück, also Fußteil zum Übergang in die Griffaufnahme gesteckt und geschweißt ist. Daher würden die Ständer ohne die Plastikschuhe nicht plan aufliegen.
