It won't charge, Is there a reason for this? I'm past my exchange window.

The ONLY thing I can think of, is the plug pushed in all of the way? I know at first mine didn't, I was putting it in the holder, but found laying on it's side and ensuring the plug was snug worked. Good Luck

Can I use a charger with more than 5 voltage?

You need to make sure the output voltage of the adapter you used is under 7V.
