Q: How easy is it to disassemble this?

Not sure what you are interested in, but it should be pretty easy to take apart. I suspect it won't be quite as stable after reassembly because of screws going into old holes instead of fresh ones, but there's not that much you can do about that. It doesn't seem to have been designed for disassembly/reassembly but it doesn't look hard to do.
