We have a tile floor, and a 10x14 handmade wool rug. Putting this under the rug made it feel so much better. It was rather difficult to cut with scissors, I switch to a utility knife and that worked fine.

Extremely inconsistent thickness. 1/2 in to 1/8th in different sides.

Just the right thickness to add comfort under the area rug. Great for hardwood floors. A little thought to trim, otherwise it would have been five stars.
