Good omega 3 supplement and I don’t get the fishy taste often

Seems to be good quality, but causes significant stomach upset for me. I wish they came in smaller pill sizes so I could split them up throughout the day a bit more.

Noticed a change. Haven’t taken it long though.

Stopped using it, because I had a bad heart burning after taking it.

No problem with the product, most vitamin b products have too much of everything in them and includes biotin (which gives me a headache) No negative side effects, aftertaste, burping or upset stomach. I haven't felt a change in my energy levels and I'm okay with that. My third time purchasing. Very pleased!

I love this omega supplement. One thing that I love about this supplement because it has this citrus flavor to it.

Really liked this item as they were small and easy to take b vitamins with vitamin d. However my most recent order came without a safety seal and with 32 capsules instead of 30 which seemed suspicious, and I don’t feel comfortable taking them.

Good brand for methylated B vitamins. When your B viamins are methylated your body can absorb them so much better especially if you have the MTHFR gene. This is a good brand and easy to take capsules!
