I waited a long time for the delivery of this book, but it was so worth the wait! Id already heard about it and was really keen to finally read it. Im about haf way through the book now and im wondering why on earth i didnt buy it before! This information is so important, not only for us adults but for our children, we owe it to them to pass on this information. Everyone should own a copy of this book and follow it. Of course, years ago people used to live and eat like this naturally, but as usual the truth about "let food be thy medicine" has been pushed under the carpet as those in power have tried to hide it all away from humanity and to get everyone hooked on synthetic drugs and processed foods. Please everyone its time to wake up and heal yourselves with real food!! One of the best and most important books out there........

I was curious to find out what this book has to offer. It has many good points to consider, and is clear to any reader that the author had really been investigating and collecting academical studies on the matter, which is great! However I found that the problems discussed are then narrowed down by very distinc thoughts of the author of what should one do or not, and the conclusions seem to be drawn in every aspect, leaving you no real choice to decide much on your own. In spite of that, when it comes to real diet choices, the planning is 100% up to you, and there is no clear outline more than for 3 days, of how could one achieve this tooth mineralizing eating. Which is not very helpful, but hey, noone's perfect. Overall I still found this book to be helpful and I have recently started to change my eating habits. I am very excited to find out if it will work for me or not!

had a major inflammation in my tooth & needed root canal done. before the doctors would touch it, I was supposed to take tons of antibiotics. After that the root canal job. I got this book, read it cover to cover in one night (couldn't anyway sleep due to the toothache) got the food described in the protocol, ate them & on the SAME DAY in the evening, I was PAINFREE for the first time again since a LONG time!!! THIS book EVERY family should have!!! it empowers you to take your health in your own hands, guided by a professional who is NOT LIKE THE OTHER DENTISTS for once interested in YOUR HEALTH, NOT your MONEY!!! EVEN THOUGH it states in the book to eat quite some fats, I stuck to the protocol & DIDN'T GAIN ANY WEIGHT BUT EVEN LOST SOME!!! IT'S totally worth having THIS knowledge from the book to helet yourself & your loved ones!!!!

I’ve just started reading it and already it’s brilliant, I’m confident in the advise and guidance and after one day my daughters tooth ache had eased. This should be common knowledge and everyone should know that modern day dentistry is a shambles

This is a very interesting book and makes you look at all things dental differently. Some good tips regarding nutrition however some recommended foodstuffs / supplements are not readily available.

I think this book has been very useful in changing my diet in order to heal my teeth. You get a lot of background information to why you should avoid or eat different kinds of food. Since I am living in Norway som of the Products are not aviable here but you kan easily change it for something else. I really recomend it to someone that is struggeling with cavities or sensitive teeth. /Lisa :)

SEHR GUT! Ramiel Nagel geht auf die wichtigsten Punkte. DIeses Thema wird immer aktueller. Vitamine wie K2 spielen eine entscheidene Rolle. Bisher nur ein Kritikpunkt, da man jetzt des besseren belehrt ist: Ramiel kritisiert Xylitol, ohne Grund denn heute weiß man wie GUT Xylitol wirklich ist. Dazu gibt es schon zahlreiche Bücher die inzwischen Xylitol besser erklären. Ohne die richtige Nahrung ist es hoffnungslos für die Zähne. Noch ein Tipp: Karies kommt von innen, nicht nur außen!!! Mit K2 weiß Kalzium wohin (Zähne und Knochen). Ohne K2 gibt's Atherosklerose, Ostheoporose, usw... Alleine hilft D3 nicht! Ist sogar gefährlich! Aber D3+K2 = TOP! Das Buch hätte ich wieder gekauft. TOP!

An excellent book. Where was this information 30 years ago when it could have made a real change for me today? Never mind, back then I still believed what they white coats told me. Lots of good information for anyone who is looking to improve all around health. If you keep yourself healthy you can't avoid keeping your teeth healthy as well. Simply put, junk food is junk food to every component of your body. No surprise, when talking to my dentist who is also a friend first he's miffed that anyone would challenge the dental school mentality and dare to "mislead" people on dental health. If he wasn't a friend I would probably be looking for a new dentist.
