For what you pay for them, they definitely fit the bill. The boards I received are not on solid piece, check out the picture. The power rails are actually separated from the main section of the board and is all held together with the adhesive backing. It's an interesting approach and may prove useful in the future if for some reason you wanted to separate the sections. The boards are straight, not bowed, and have a positive lock when components are inserted, the rails are coded red and blue and the rows are labeled every fifth. What more do you really want in a cheap no frills project board?
