Excellent fabric shaver! It removes lint and pills incredibly well and makes clothes look like new again. I’ve tried many fabric shavers before, and this one is by far the best. Works very well does exactly what it supposed to do! Runs on batteries not rechargeable. I’ve bought a few non branded rechargeable devices, but despite good reviews they lasted 5 mins. Bought this specifically because it uses replacement batteries and it’s a brand name. Very well made, strong blade and removes bobbles quickly. Nothing more to say. Quality item.

Love this fabric shaver. It is very useful to revitalise fabric that is bobbled or looks worn. Even on fine knit jumpers that don’t look that bad it works wonders. The compartment that collects fine fabric gets full quite quickly , even when you think you are not doing a lot to the garment you are working on. So this shows that it works. Change of batteries and emptying of the fabric compartment is very easy. I have used this with the provided Phillips batteries that the product came with and it is still working after quite a few items were tackled. Blades can’t cause injury to fingers as they are reset behind a mesh. My only thought was longevity of the sharpness of blades. I am unsure if they can be replaced or there would’ve a need to replace the whole item. But I’m happy with my purchase.

I have only used it once so far on silk bedding and it did a good job. Remains to be seen how well it works in time after cleaning many, many items. The 3 starts is for the price as just a few days later I found this identical model only without the batteries at less than half the price at the local supermarket. I suppose it was the cost of the two included batteries. I would have definitely returned it had I not used it already just the one time...

I'd totally recommend this product. It worked way better than I thought it would. While cleaning, though, be careful because the tiny parts inside seemed flimsy. It's good value for money. It works with batteries; they sent 2 x AA batteries along, so that was good and thoughtful of the brand.

When my brother ordered this product, I really thought he was wasting money on something that wouldn't be of much use, but how wrong I was. This lint remover gave a new life to my old woolens. I had previously tried removing lint from my woolens using combs and razor (got these ideas from insta) but all failed and these clothes had been locked in an old box, but this product changed it all. It is easy to use, removes all the lints and gives a new life to your woolen. A must buy.

Prima apparaat: ik werd gek van al die pillen op de kleding, het ziet er dan meteen zo afgedragen uit. Nu is het weer netjes. Zeker op de grotere oppervlakten ben je natuurlijk even bezig eer alles weg is, maar je hebt wel meteen resultaat. Simpel maar doeltreffend in het ontwerp en gebruik, niks om over te klagen.

I had an old fabric shaver that I previously used to de-pill fabric. It quit working a few years ago and I have been looking for a replacement. I saw a Consumer Reports review comparing several fabric shavers. The Philips Fabric Shaver was one of them. It wasn't CR's #1 choice, but they rated it almost as high and it cost less than 1/4 of the price. I purchased this model and was very happy with my decision. The fabric shaver does a very good job by removing pills easily. The shaving surface is large enough to complete the de-pilling task quickly. It holds a lot of removed material, and it is easy to clean. It takes 2 AA batteries. It is nicely designed but I needed to read the instructions to be aware of how to reach the different parts of the equipment. I'm very happy with this small but useful machine.
