3M Cavilon 3392G Durable Barrier Cream, 92 g Tube

I work in a job where I have to wash my hands many times every day, and over time my skin was becoming very dry, irritated and sore. I added 3M Cavilon Durable Barrier Cream into my routine along with my regular Garnier hand cream, and it’s actually helped a lot. I apply a thin layer after I’ve washed and dried my hands, usually before bedtime and sometimes midday if they’re feeling really sensitive. The cream forms a protective barrier that locks in moisture and helps guard against irritation from frequent washing, and it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy once it sinks in. It also seems to make my regular hand cream work better over the long day. Would definitely recommend as part of a skincare routine where hands are washed frequently.

This was recommended to me by the district nurse, and I have been very pleased with it. It is easy to apply, a little goes a long way, and it forms a good protective barrier without feeling too heavy on the skin. It spreads well and does exactly what I needed it to do. The tube size is also good value and lasts well because you do not need to use loads each time. Very happy with it and would buy again.

The best barrier cream!!! Used it for a recently discharged relative from hospital, had bed sores. She came home as 'pallative'. While we couldn't save her life we certainly cleared up the sores and her skin was perfect up until the end

The delivery driver left my parcel outside and ignored delivery instructions yet again. It has rained heavily and the packaging has got wet. One of the items needs to be dry or it is useless! This item is excellent quality and does a good job.

Brilliant as a barrier cream Great for elderly people who are bedridden

Tengo que probarlo, no huele mal, la pasta es homogenea, la textura de un emoliente. Hasta el momento sin reacciones en mi mano. Le doy 3 estrellas porqur me hace dudar ya que no trae sello alguno, habitualmente este tipo de cremas al destaparla primero hay que quitar el sello y esta no trae.
