I’ve really enjoyed this pre workout in terms of quality, performance, and taste. It doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of caffeine but just enough to power through any workout. I don’t care much for taste when it comes to pre workout powders, but the pre-kaged sport flavors are surprisingly exceptional! I would recommend stacking this with old fashioned creatine monohydrate, as I’ve noticed considerable differences in workout performance and muscle volume. It’s a great price too. I’ve tried many pre workouts out there over the years and this has been a new favorite the past 6 months and I don’t see myself discontinuing any time soon.

Amazing mango flavor—sweet, refreshing, and not overpowering. This pre-workout is very easy on my stomach and delivers a clean, noticeable pump without jitters or crashes. Taste alright. Pre-workout is pre workout if it doesnt have Creatine. Its not different than drinking a Celcius but this is much cheaper.

I have hardwood floors throughout my living room and my couch would constantly slide forward whenever anyone sat down or got up. After a week the couch would be like 6 inches forward from where I positioned it and I'd have to push it back against the wall. Super annoying and it was leaving scuff marks on my floor from all the sliding. These furniture grippers completely solved the problem. They're basically rubber pads that go under furniture legs to create friction between the furniture and the floor. The package comes with 8 pads which was perfect for my couch that has 4 legs - I used two pads stacked on each leg for extra grip. I keep the extras in my utility closet with my other home maintenance stuff. Already used them under my coffee table which was also sliding around, and under my bed frame which would creep away from the wall. Having a whole pack means I can fix multiple sliding furniture problems throughout my house. Installation is simple - you just lift the furniture leg, stick the pad under it, and set it back down. The pads have a grippy texture on both sides so they stick to the furniture leg and to the floor. No adhesive needed, they stay in place from the weight of the furniture pressing down on them. My couch has been in the exact same spot for like 3 months now without moving an inch. People sit down, stand up, flop onto it, whatever - it doesn't budge. The pads create enough friction that the couch stays put even with normal daily use. Finally I can position my furniture exactly where I want it and it actually stays there. The pads are thick enough to provide good grip but not so thick that they create a noticeable height difference. My couch sits maybe a quarter inch higher but you can't tell unless you're specifically looking for it. Doesn't affect the appearance or comfort at all. They work on my hardwood floors without leaving any marks or residue. I was worried they might stain the wood or be difficult to remove, but when I repositioned my coffee table the pads came up clean and didn't leave any marks on the floor. The rubber compound seems to be non-marking which is important for hardwood. The pads compress slightly under weight which helps them conform to any minor irregularities in the floor. My hardwood isn't perfectly level and has some slight variations, but the pads adapt and still provide good grip. Makes them versatile for different floor conditions. I've also used these under my washing machine which would vibrate and walk forward during spin cycles. Put pads under all four corners and it stays put now even during heavy loads. The vibration dampening is an added bonus - the machine runs quieter because the pads absorb some of the vibration. My dining room chairs were scratching up my floor every time someone pulled them out. Put these pads under the chair legs and now they slide smoothly when needed but don't randomly drift around. Protects the floor from scratches while still allowing the chairs to be functional. The material feels durable and hasn't shown any signs of deterioration after months of use. Some rubber pads dry out and crack over time but these still look and function like new. They're supporting heavy furniture constantly and holding up great. They're thick enough that I can stack two if I need extra grip on particularly heavy furniture. My couch is probably 200+ pounds and two pads per leg handle it no problem. For lighter furniture like end tables, one pad per leg is plenty. These work way better than those felt furniture pads I tried before. Felt pads are supposed to protect the floor but they provided zero grip and my furniture slid even more. These rubber grippers actually stop the sliding while still protecting the floor. The black color is neutral and blends in. Since they're under furniture you can't see them anyway, but even when you move furniture around they don't stick out or look weird sitting there. I've recommended these to my parents who had the same sliding couch problem. They put them under their furniture and texted me a few days later saying how much better it is not having to constantly reposition their couch. Such a simple fix for an annoying problem. They're cut resistant too which I discovered when I accidentally dragged my couch slightly while moving it. The pads didn't tear or damage, they just slid with the couch and remained attached to the legs. Shows they're tough enough to handle some abuse. For the price this is such an easy solution to sliding furniture. Way cheaper than buying special furniture feet or getting those furniture cups. These work better and cost less. The fact that you get 8 pads means you can fix multiple pieces of furniture with one purchase. If your furniture slides on hardwood, tile, or laminate floors, get these. They're simple, effective, and invisible once installed. My furniture stays exactly where I put it and my floors are protected from scratches and scuff marks. One of those small purchases that makes a noticeable improvement in daily life.
