These capsules are hands down one of my must-have daily supplements. I’ve taken them every day for months and genuinely feel the difference. Great and what's important,it helps. It helped me and my partner in Egypt after mild food/water poisoning.After only one day,,we were ok.And we didn't even took recommended amount.We took only one capsule before and one after meal.It saved our holidays not just once.I will definetelly buy it again.

Good for cleansing but you need to drink plenty of water. Probably more easy to take than the powdered form and less messy. You may have slight constipation for a few days after taking. I find the strong drying and diuretic effect leaves me agitated and not feeling good. This subsides after I've eaten. But note you must not eat for two hours after ingesting. Not great value for money as the amount advertised is misleading.

Mine don’t seem to stick to magnets as others have shown in videos. However, if you look into why this might be, I have been able to find out that often iron is added to activated charcoal to make it magnetic and easier to collect from liquid this way (such as with filtering pollutants from water). It’s known as MAC (magnetised activated carbon). That type of activated carbon is not produced for consumption so I’d be worried about that but mine do not stick to a magnet personally. Other people have commented that it makes their burps smell and I have also found out the reason for this is because the porous activated carbon is attaching to sulphur gases in the gut. Apparently this actually shows that it is working however it does say that if this is persistent, you might want to go to your doctor because it can be a sign of an underlying digestive problem. Personally so far these capsules have been helpful to me. I went out for a meal this evening and was able to eat a regular adult portion of food without instantly bloating at the sight of it. 6 tablets (3 30 mins before food and 3 after food) seems a bit much but I do feel like it’s doing something. Therefore in my opinion, I am inclined to give 5 stars. I am not experiencing the same issues that others have left in their reviews and so can only judge by my own experience.

I've had charcoal tablets before and there was no taste. These are horrible, like sulphur and I had to bin them!

It work i feel better again makes an eggy smell when you get flatulence but its normal
