Since I started taking supplements I soon learned I was missing copper. Bought these. Take one twice a week. Seems good.

This has been great for cloudiness, foggyness, overall feeling clearer mind. Great price.

Tablets are 7mm diameter, 4mm thick. In a solid plastic pill bottle with a secure, tamper-proof cap. No odor. A tab on the cap unzips to first open the bottle. The tablets were separate and unbroken, with a desiccant bag inside. Quibble: The cap snaps on to reseal after opening, but not strongly.

The Good: The main benefit I've noticed is a subtle, but definite, improvement in my overall energy levels and a slight glow to my skin, likely due to copper’s role in collagen formation and iron metabolism. The price point for a three-month supply is excellent, and the trust in the NOW brand is a big plus. Room for Improvement (Why 4 Stars): The tablets are a standard size, but for those who struggle with swallowing pills, they might be a bit large. More importantly, because copper is a powerful trace mineral, I highly recommend consulting with a doctor before starting to ensure it's necessary for your specific needs, as deficiencies are rare but too much can be an issue. Overall, if you've confirmed you need copper supplementation, this is a top-quality, highly absorbable option that delivers results without the side effects of cheaper forms.

I bought this because I read copper may help slow down getting grey hair. As I am in a constant state of mid-life crisis at any given time and started getting a few grey hairs in the past couple years, of course I wanted to try this. I am on my 4th bottle, and while the grey hairs do still come (because as Smash Mouth says, the years keep coming and they don't stop coming), I think taking copper regularly does slow it down a bit. I didn't think it would actually help, but then there was a 2 month period when I didn't take any vitamins or supplements as I was constantly traveling, and when I finally got home I went through my hair and there were so many little grey hairs! I pull my greys regularly so it was noticeable when there were so many that sprouted during that 2 month period that I didn't take my copper.

If you are suffering from low copper and have taken other forms, just to end up with nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain—USE THIS ONE! I had been struggling with low copper for two years, and struggling even harder with keeping down another copper supplement I took. This one is AMAZING!

All of these supplement bottles from NOW have horrible lids. Once you peel off that middle plastic strip, there isn't enough of the lid left to snuggly grip onto the ridges on the bottle. They've been making these same lids for years and they tell you to store the bottle in a cool dry place. Impossible to do with a lid that doesn't close. I had to transfer the pills to a baby food snack cup. As for the copper, the reason I got it is because of videos I've seen from doctors saying the copper will increase the melatonin in the hair follicle and new growth on grey hair will start growing out with color again. Time will tell.

Easy-to-take supplement at a good value. The pills are small and very easy to swallow. This product comes from a reputable company and is offered at a good price point. Since I am taking this for an aid where the effects may not be immediately noticeable, I cannot confirm if it's working yet, but I have experienced no adverse side effects. I plan to continue taking it for at least six months to assess its efficacy.

Es un excelente producto, otros suplementos son de 1 mg y son carísimos. Este es de 3 mg, es decir el triple y tiene un precio bastante accesible, pero aquí viene lo mejor… los resultados. Lo compré para revertir las canas, mi cabello se ve más oscuro y las canas que tenía se han tornado más oscuras. Realmente funciona. 100% RECOMENDADO. Ya voy por el segundo frasco.
