I recently purchased a tent, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Everything ordered was in the 4 boxes. Both pole boxes had damage to one end by the sharp pole ends, so that is end I opened so can use boxes to store poles again. When packaging if would put a thin piece of plywood on ends would save cutting up storage bag and box during transit. I had to straighten 3 ends to get poles together and three poles had some bad dents with only one needing straightening. Had 3 people to put tent up and only took an hour, but had checked and straightened bent poles day before. small stakes that came with it are a joke for 5m x 10m tent. I used 10" tent nails in leg feet and 12" tent nails for corner ropes. I did add corner ropes from frame to a separate stake and one long side rope on each side. Also added sandbag leg weights to 4 corners. Had 3 rain events and only minor roof loading up. Two of these were thunderstorms with over an inch of rain. Nothing inside got wet except those things that got blown around by the sides riding up in the high wind. The sides do not stake down to the ground. I am well pleased had very happy with purchase. The silver pole coating has come off onto the white top, sides and bungy cords because of rubbing in the high winds. But still looks very nice. Frame and poles are very sturdy and like top angle.

I had a received date window of Oct 25-31st. I received this 3 days after the order. WOW!!! Was very happily surprised. It takes 2 strong adults to install. If you are short, grab a step ladder. This is not a negative. I wanted a solid sturdy tent for my teens party in our wooded rain and windy town. IT IS VERY Sturdy! The instructions that came with it, were CLEAR and EASY TO FOLLOW, THANK YOU! That is so rare these days! I debating on buying, since I usually rent tents. After receiving this quickly, with clear instructions, and see how nice it looks WHILE be a great nonleaking shelter in the rain, and held up against our windy property, I AM SO HAPPY I bought from them! Bought the 20x30’ tent. So glad we went with the 20’ wide. It was so much nicer (space inside to walk around table, etc) and made the roof height extremely nice. My older teenage girls set it up (4 of them). To move it about 30-50 yds took 6 of us. It was really heavy in the middle with legs attached. We didn’t want to have to unattached them and then reattach so we muscled it to the new spot. We needed to move it unexpectedly, so if you don’t have to, it would be much easier to handle with less people. I think it just took 2 people to put on tent canvass itself. It’s a really well made tent and looks beautiful! I just wish we had purchased a larger one- 20x40’. I think we would use it just as easily but it would be more functional for larger parties. It seems as nice as those really expensive rental ones, so I am thankful we now have one we can reuse over and over again for much less overall cost.

This is a nice sturdy product. It is not made for high wind areas. I live in New Mexico and had it in my driveway. It ended up having poles bent and a few tears. (Nothing I cannot fix myself) if you live in a decently normal weather area then I would recommend.

I have a few tents that I use periodically, I’ve purchased several tents from other providers and brands to see which would best fit my needs. This tent is by far my preferred brand and provider. It is durable and easy to set up. The pipes are thick and durable. It has a high peak frame which makes it more durable during rainy days. It’s just an overall good product. I would recommend this tent over others in the market.Additionally, when I ordered my third tent with this provider, I had some issues with shipping. They were quick to resolve my issues. I was happy with the resolution they provided.

The tent went up quite easily. I loved it until it rained. It leaks in multiple areas. The reason I bought this tent was so if it rained when I planned an event, it wouldn't matter. I can't return it it because I had it for more than 30 days before I put it up for my daughters baby shower. Very, very disappointed in this tent.

I read the reviews and I was excited to get it. But is not steady and is not good quality it ripped. It was put on today for tomorrow and now we had to change plans for Christmas Eve. Now I’m over stress because I had big hopes to do the party in a tent.Is not resistant material. Now I have take it down and return it. Waist of our time. I’m so upset and stress!When I send them a message they reply fast even though it was the holidays. They were so helpful and they resolved my problem. I have never worked with people that care and helped me. It was a relief I thought I was going to have problems fixing this.I would buy from them again. Thank you for the fast reply.
