I use it mainly for a pullover, close grip (bench) press or tricep extension. Too close for me to do a comfortable ohp. I prefer this to the original tricep bar I had which was hollow but it doesn't replace my football bar. I've had a few of these over the years and this is by far the best. It's so heavy. It must be made of some proper quality, dense steel and the locks just glide along the bar so smoothly it's like watching a ballet dancer evading a load of donut laden police officers.
