I do not know if it does or not. I bought it for my leg veins I do want to say that all of Dr. Christopher's products are really good.

Is there an option that comes in loose powder instead of capsules?

Hello, The only option for a loose powder is BF&C 16 oz Powder. The BF&C powder contains comfrey and it is not recommended for internal use, and only recommended for external use only. I hope this answers your question. Thank you Jamie
