Bargain price for a pack of 30 .These supplements are really good ,in less than a week my nails have grown faster and longer than when I’m not taking them, they have also boosted my energy levels.I take one in the morning and feel more refreshed to start the day.My hair is in braids so would be interesting to see if the supplements have had any effect on its growth once I’ve taken them out but I’m quite happy with my results so far.

I found they helped thicken hair back up after it going thin after covid! After I had used them all I never carried on and my hair went thin again! So back on them now. They do help!

I have been taking these tablets for past 3 months. Read good reviews about it so thought give it a go. However I have not seen any difference, my hair is still falling out as before. Not happy with the purchase.

they are very tiny and easy to swallow plus they are alot which is great value for your money

Very reasonable price. Easy to take as tiny tablet. I have found a slight improvement to loss of hair, but not much else. Taken for nearly three months so far.
