Perfect replacement
We recently replaced 2 thermostat in 2 different deep fryers and these fit just like the OEM thermostat. Just make sure to calibrate the temperature of the new stat with the actual temp of the oil!

OFF does not mean OFF.
Does not turn off. When you drain fryer to clean it, the thermostat will kick on when it’s cooled down. If you turn the dial to OFF it doesn’t mean it’s off. When the temp falls below a certain temp it tries to fire up. Switch does not have a dedicated off.
