I have acid reflux - but I don't take my meds everyday - only when I feel like I am going to eat something that will trigger it. I have been downsizing (and downsizing) my purse over the years to something teeny tiny these days - and literally do not have room for even a small pill bottle. - I saw this and knew it would be perfect on my keychain (who doesn't ALWAYS travel with their keys? Answer: no one) - It is pretty small (yet sturdy) - but it fits about 4 of my capsules - so as long I I remember to fill it periodically, I am always prepared to eat Italian food. I have shown it to friends and they loved it and ordered one for themselves.

I must take my dinner time pills every day and was forgetting to take them with me to dinners at restaurants and and dinner at the home of friends. These work great; are small and are a "staple" in my pocket, like my pocket knife. I never leave home without it. Several of my friends now use them as well after seeing mine . They hold about three normal size pills, or four smaller ones.

The milling of the titanium on these little cylinders is impressive, especially the tolerances of the threading for the cap to seal the container. A soft o-ring helps ensure the container remains airtight. I've had the same one of these for a few years, & even after opening & closing hundreds of times, it still seals perfectly. It's very small, so it's not ideal for larger items; but for small to medium-size pills it's perfect.

This is a very small, portable pill carrier that provides the ability to carry extra pills when you take more that one per day. The box is very sturdy and small - the thread on the lid are small which make it a little hard to screw on.

Light, seems well made, no sharp edges.Fits 4 aspirin exactly.I didn't have any issue with it becoming loose as another review said. I do screw it as tight as I can though.First thing I did after receiving was use a cotton swab with some alcohol to make sure the inside was clean. I didn't notice much or any residue.

This used to be a 5 star product but I bought a second one and they’ve changed the design. Critically, it’s missing a rubber ring to seal it closed. Without this, it keeps unscrewing in your pocket making it mostly worthless.

Giving the Titanium Mini Size Pill Box a solid three stars here. It's well-built, lightweight, and the waterproofing is a great feature for outdoor travels – definitely a plus in unpredictable weather conditions. Its sturdiness and durability are commendable, it’s clear it’s designed to last.However, I attempted to attach it to my bracelet, which didn’t work out as it fell off and was generally in the way. This, I reckon, is likely more about my choice of placement rather than a product flaw, so I'd advise future buyers to consider attaching it to a necklace or another secure location to avoid any hassle.While it didn’t suit my initial placement choice, it's still a handy, well-made pill box and could be a good travel companion when positioned appropriately.

Very small size compared with other pill containers I have purchased, so it rides on a key ring much more easily. This would not be suitable for large capsules or pills, but for small pills it is excellent. Comes with a pair of extra gaskets to help control water ingress. A buyer should store them in some well-controlled place to they won’t be lost when needed.
