I've been using this band during my postpartum period and I couldn't be happier. The band is made of a comfortable and resistant material, and you can adjust the band to your body without it feeling tight. As a physiotherapist, I can assure you that the band helps to support and stabilize the pelvic area, helps us to maintain a more correct posture (which has helped me to reduce pain in the thoracic region) and allows me to lift some weights without overloading the lumbar and pelvic area.
