Just what I needed
For anyone looking at this I would highly recommend. First of all the delivery was quick and it was well packaged inside a huge box which I could lift inside my house myself despite my disabilities and very arthritic hands. It is light, far lighter than my very old three wheeled rollator made by the same brand (Days) and very easy to put together. Just a few things I feel I must mention (bear in mind it may not be the same for everyone) is that firstly, one of the plastic protection pads that sit under the screw to assemble the handle knobs was a little too thick to enable the knob to thread on to the screw but luckily, I swapped the pad from my previous rollator and it worked so I'm good to go! This may have been me but my son also gave it a go and couldn't get the knob to catch on either. Secondly, my seat didn't feature a zipped compartment on its underside like shown in the picture but this isn't a big deal to me and thirdly, it is easy to fold up but as well as the pull strap which is located inside the bag under the seat, I did have to pull it up further by the levers on the side to to ensure a closer fit. This may have been because it is new and needs a bit of wearing in to loosen it up a bit, only time will tell but it doesn't unfold itself like some others have said, at least not yet. The seat is perfectly comfortable for when I need to sit for short bursts and can't see it being a problem for when needing longer rests but that is a personal opinion. I'm 5ft 8" and find that the medium size is perfect for me, the handle bars are just a little higher than the bars on a supermarket shopping trolly which is comfortable for me. I found that there is plenty of room on the rest of the handles poles to drill a new hole without compromising the frame's security though should I need greater height because there is plenty of undrilled pole left to be able to do this. The breaks I found to be very sturdy, was dubious of the tyre's thickness as compared to my last rollator as they are much thinner and not at all rubbery looking so I doubted the gripping ability but all seems fine to me. Lastly, for someone that has only just fully accepted the need for mobility aids, I have to say that this is an attractive looking frame, nice looking, sturdy and quite streamline considering it's ample seating space (I am about 12st) and having four wheels - Over all, very pleased!

An exceptional purchase
As I am disabled, I often find it difficult getting around indoors. This rollator is an absolutely brilliant piece of equipment. It has brakes and an under-seat basket for carrying things around in and is perfect to help keep ones balance whilst walking about It is well made, sturdy and very useful. It helps you get where you need to go safely and when you get tired you can sit on it for a rest. It can also be used outside. I have a purple one - cool or what ? Christine, Spain

Excellent quality and value lightweight and purple!
Excellent quality and value lightweight design and is a nice bright purple which is great a disability equipment can be so dull. I'm disabled with a broken spin I use an electric wheelchair this was bought to use for transfers and to have access into my bathroom which is adapted as a wet room but very small and the wheelchair takes up too much room so my carers use this like a transport chair they can push me I. To the bathroom and the assist me onto the show seat safely it's made life so much easier. I can't use this as a walker myself but my carers have used it and it maneuvers well around the house is easy to fold up and store and has a useful storage bag under the seat for bit and bobs it's runs very smooth as my carers have used it as a trolly and no tea spilt as you know when you have disabilitys you get creative with what you can use your equipment for. Just a note I bought mine as an open box item like new from Amazon Wearhouse it was an option below the standard price it said open box as new packaging will be damaged and it was £20 cheaper I chose this option as was not disappointed the box was damaged but the walker was perfect all wrapped up as new with the wheels still wrapped in plastic no scratches or anything just as discribed I have bought a few disability items from Amazon Wearhouse and have never been disappointed items always as the discribed just check the condition notes and you can save a lot of money hope this help. Also comes almost full assembled apart from the breaks and the back bar but they are very easy to fit .

good overall
Very helpful customer services. Solid rollator with good seat. I am able to get out and about now I have this. The main drawback is that I ordered a large size as quite a large person and I dont think it will fit in the boot of many cars, even folded so have purchased another make for travel that folds up to a much smaller size.

Sturdy, attractive and good value
A few months back I I was attempting to walk about 80 yards from one shop to another when my lower back pain was so bad I was desperate to sit down but there was nowhere to sit and I felt stranded. I’m a young-minded woman in her early 70s and the idea of ‘one of those dreary push along things’ was out of the question. So I stopped going anywhere. When I got the date for my hip replacement surgery I realised I had to prepare my home environment in terms of safety, and if I was to recover and have the confidence and stability to walk on my own I needed to buy something. I looked at zimmers but they were so unappealing and looked too flimsy and lightweight for my needs as I do have other existing mobility issues. I looked on Amazon and saw rollators. They looked far more solid and reassuring and I noted that you could stop and sit when necessary. The reviews for Days seemed particularly positive. I spent hours reading these and the answered questions - (more about those later) and there was an open box one that was significantly reduced so I ordered it. I gave it a test drive accompanied by my husband and was really impressed. The ability to be able to lock the brakes and sit down for a rest was great. Please note you should find something solid to back it onto as it could still move. I learnt to use the normal brakes on uneven surfaces or sloping ground which again is very reassuring. When I came home from surgery and wanted to use it on our tiled floors and laminated ones, again I found those normal brakes really helpful. Its great that you can put things on top of the seat to transfer them from room to room and I’m sure the built-in under-seat bag will come in useful when I eventually venture out - it’s less than a fortnight since the op so it’s still early days. When I was choosing which size to buy I looked through the questions and answers but nobody was quite sure so I think the manufacturer should make this a lot clerarer. There is a small graphic showing the dimensions but it wasn’t easy to find or use and these can really make a difference. I will include an enlarged photo. So just as an example, the overall width is the same for all sizes but the seat height increases incrementally as do the weight and overall height to handle. I strongly recommend looking at the other categories. In my case, I am 5’3” and I’m fine with my XS but small would probably have been OK too. I used a chair where my feet are flat on the floor and used that measurement to select the size. To sum up, I decided that the mild embarrassment of using a walking aid was a price worth paying for the my safety and independence. And this does look a lot better than many I’ve seen. Do make sure it’s at the correct height so you’re not stooping - I read that the handles should be where your wrist watch would be so my husband adjusted them to that. I would love to see more attractive colours available. I’d have gone for the purple but the racing green offer was so much less. I think a rainbow one could look lovely and Days could also consider offering the seat in say, deep navy blue? Update. Nice to see that Days took my advice and added the size chart in the display pictures. . Also, like some other customers, the locking nut for the handle dropped off last night. Luckily I was indoors and heard it. Since it is an essential part because it keeps the handle in place, I strongly recommend it is regularly checked especially each time you leave the house with it.

A beautiful 4 wheel rollator
Perfect my mum is 96 and in a care home and an increasing amount of residents have these , so I got this for her and she loves it ! Much easier to use than a zimmer! It is very well-made easy to get used to glides extremely well. The brakes are lockable which makes it safe to sit down on the padded seat. It only took a few minutes to assemble and the height of adjustment was very easy. She has much more confidence using this and it is ideal for indoor or outdoor use. The colour is beautiful and as green is her favourite colour her face lit up when we walk through the door with it so all in all perfect Applied to Amazon for the VAT refund as my mum is disabled unable to walk without a Zimmer or the Rollator and VAT was refunded to card I paid on so excellent customer service thank you

Better than crutches for a broken leg!
This rollator has been a lifesaver. OK, bit of an exaggeration, but it’s certainly helped both my mental and physical well-being. I fell and fractured my fibula a couple of days ago and was given crutches and told, in no uncertain terms, NOT to put weight on my broken leg. Well, IMHO, crutches are instruments of torture. If your a chubby, middle-aged, yet active woman, but with poor upper body strength, they are a nightmare. After half a days use I ached in places I didn’t know existed. Plus I fell badly twice and tripped/stumbled innumerable times. What’s worse is that you’re completely dependent on others to feed and water you as you need both hands to move, so cannot carry anything. And stairs *nightmare*... With my rollator, I’ve pretty much got my independence back. I can rest my knee on the seat, hold one handle in one hand and a cup of tea in my other and scoot from the kitchen to the sitting room. I can put bits and bobs in the basket, to move from one room to another. It allows me to move around the kitchen to cook, and if I need to sit down, I’ve got a seat right there, that’s easy to get up from thanks to the handles. What’s more it’s nice and stable, certainly when compared to the sticks of Satan. And I can move (roll) about quite quickly too! I’ve actually bought a second one for upstairs. Perfect for trips to the loo in the middle of the night, without falling over, and wonderful for showering. You can put all your clothes and toiletries in the basket to take to the bathroom and sit on the seat to dry yourself. The wheels are nice and big for rolling easily over carpets, and it’s light enough to lift easily over changes in floor height. It’s not brilliant over rough or uneven ground, but fine on smooth tarmac or well laid, even paving stones. It would be better if both sets of wheels rotated for steering.

Good basic rollator, but folding could be better.
Good for the price. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. However, it doesn't really fold very well, making it difficult to put into a car or take on public transport. Folding it doesn't really make it much smaller, and you can't fold it there are items in the basket. OK if you have plenty of space to store it.
