Yankee Candle Pink Sands Fragrance Spheres

Received for a gift and now I’m hooked. The lemon lavender fragrance is amazing.

The fragrance is nice, but not overpowering. Just a couple shakes and the air is filled with the scent. This is a perfect alternative to aerosol cans, and just right for quick cover-up of bathroom odors. Great for any small space where you want a quick scent. It lasted about 2 months. I will definitely reorder. If you're looking for something that continuously scents your area, this isn't it. The fragrance is mild. It's use is much better for the quick shake to release immediate fragrance.

I bought this for my 15 year old grandsons room. I was trying to find a scent that wasn’t floral or perfume like. This is the perfect scent for boy/man’s room. It smells similar to a men’s cologne. As I’m sure everyone knows a teenage boys room doesn’t always smell that great however with this air freshener his room smelled wonderful. The smell was strong for about a week then started to get weaker by the day, after 2 weeks you could only smell it if you put it to your nose. My only complaint is I wished the smell would last longer.

I was super excited when I saw these and thought they would be a great gift giving idea for teachers. I order some and also got one for myself. When I opened the one I purchased for myself, I will say that it had a very strong and pleasant scent. I originally had it in my kitchen, but decided to move it to the bathroom because after a day or two I couldn't smell this unless I was close to it. Moving this into the bathroom, I was able to smell the scent when I walked into the room. I think this is more so for small spaces and can't really go through a large area. After about a month or so when the scent seemed to go away unless I held this up to my nose, I decided to add a little water and a couple of drops of essential oil and that worked well for extended the scent life of these for about another month or so. I liked these and can see using these in my car or a small room. I'll continue to use my candle in larger rooms.

I got 2 scents the one I'm reviewing is the Lemon Lavendar. I tore open my package from Amazon excited to have my citrus scents and opted for the Lemon Lavendar to put in the bathroom. I slowly opened up the foil on top and got hit with a wave of lemon.. It seemed familiar. Not Terrible, but not what I was expecting. Can't smell the lavendar at all. Then my SO smelled it and said "Ooh! That smells like a urinal cake.. I love that scent!" So, to the basement bathroom it went because I didn't want to smell a urinal cake every time I go into the bathroom! It does have a strong fragrance, but not over powering, but I deducted 2 stars because I'm not really sure who wants to smell a urinal cake.. like ever.. besides my SO; Especially if you weren't planning to use it in a bathroom!

I purchase these repeatedly. First of all, this is my favorite Yankee Candle scent. Secondly, this smells like the candle smells. I appreciate that because sometimes different products will smell different than the original. These are a great way to keep a space smelling fresh without adding chemicals to the air like sprays or incense (though I sometimes use those too). What I love is that when the beds get dry, I just add water, and they plump right up again, so I can really use one jar many times before the scent fades too much. That makes this long-lasting and functional. Is it beautiful? No, not really, but I can put it in a closet or pantry or cupboard or small space and nobody sees it anyway.

Love this scent

I was very excited to add this little jar to my living room to spread a bit of my husbands favorite scent into the house. When I first opened the lid I was surprised that the scent wasn't as strong as a lot of the other Yankee Candle products I've had. Well I removed the foil and placed this on a shelf in my living room. However, there was no noticable scent coming from the shelves. *Now I will disclose at this point that my living room is part of an "open concept" floor plan and therefore there room is not fully enclosed.* I decided to give this a few days and see if maybe it needed to sit for a little bit to be more effective, but nothing. I even picked up the container and shook it (per the directions) and could barely notice anything resembling the scent I purchased. I also asked my husband to give a sniff and, nothing. After the living room failed to make any impact in our living space I thought, maybe it needs time to build up in a smaller space, so I placed this in my hallway closet where we hang our winter coats. This is a SMALL closet, that is rarely opened this time of year, with plenty of soft fabrics to "asborb" smells. After a day, nothing. After a good shake, nothing. After a week...you guessed it...nothing. So to recap, the only time I smelled the scent was immediately upon opening, and it was weak. Pro's: None...not even as a (at the time) $6 add-on item Con's: Weak scent upon opening, no scent produced regardless of space size, WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!

My bathroom is pretty small and I didn't smell a thing from this. It smells pretty nice thougj if you put your nose right on top of it.

If I had known how bad this smells (like cheap public washroom air freshener) I would have never spent the money. It's also pretty small. Definitely not worthy of the Yankee Candle name.

Acabo de recibirlo y estoy muy satisfecha con el aroma, es justo lo que esperaba. El problema que tuve fue que se vacío un poco de la fragancia, a pesar de que la tapa interior estaba intacta. Aún así, me llegó con la cinta ¿de seguridad? rota. No sé si por la humedad o porque alguien quitó la tapa por algún motivo. En cualquier caso, puede que sea porque el sobre estaba lleno de la fragancia, pero hasta ahora la percibo lo suficientemente fuerte para perfumar una habitación grande.

Have purchased a couple of Yankee Candles fragrant spheres from this seller now. Pink Sands is one of my favourites. Just wish the smell was stronger. I love the concept of the fragrance spheres. Highly recommended.
