I really like this weighted vest. I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. I decided to start my regular walks with a weighted vest. Did some research and chose this one bevause its not super heavy and it distributes the weight in a very comfortable manner. Its excellent. Walked the dogs and did 5km in it today.

I’ve been using the Henkelion weighted vest for workouts, walks, and just general activity around the house and I’m really pleased with how it performs. First thing I noticed was that the weight feels balanced front and back so it doesn’t shift or pull weirdly while I move. The vest comes filled with iron pellets and metal rocks rather than sand which gives it a more solid feel and helps with stability. I was searching for a weighted vest for a petite woman. I am 5 ft 1 inch and weigh 110 lbs. this vest fits perfectly. I ordered 6 lb vest but I was delivered 8 lb vest. I am glad I have a slightly heavier vest. It came exactly like the photo, with only one strap across upper chest. NO SMELL on this vest at all. The mesh pocket on the back is useless to me as very difficult to retrieve anything from it while wearing the vest. I still need to wear a waist belt for keys and phone . Decent quality and even weight distribution.
