The quality is really good, and fulfills it's purpose, it does not leak, and doesn't even form water around when using with ice. Really good product.

Cone shaped packing, good quality cap which has threaded lock for zero leakage, support for both ice and hot water is definitely value for money. I bought medium size which is below 9" inch. Works well and perfect. I definitely recommend this as it is a must need for home, travelling and sports people.

I am giving review after 3 months of use and believe me this is just amazing product no leaking of water, hot or cold maintain at least 1 hour and it is really good it will adjust on your body due to its shape and usefull to use and very comfortable and gives you instant pain relief must buy product
